I worked with Ryan and Justin here at Thames valley. I was having quite the month of bad experiences and bad luck left and right. Like most people I’m sure I can easily say I’ve given up on good customer service. But there’s always the rare breeds that seem to keep the customer service industry alive. These two were exceptional from the start. To the phone conversations on what to do with my water heater all the way to the purchasing process and pick up. They went above and beyond! Great conversation and knowledge. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an easy process or just simply looking for knowledge about the industry. 5 stars all the way around

Great service from the whole crew at Thames Valley. One of our customer's boiler went down overnight in December, and Ryan not only came down in the middle of the night to get us parts, but came out to the job site as a representative to the customer. It's the difficult situations that really test a company, and Win provides great customer service all around.

Being new to the world of HVAC, WinSupply is a great place to work with. I have worked with Justin and Ryan and both are kind, punctual, and incredibly knowledgeable. The both of them have no issues answering questions and if they don't have the answer, they will find it for you. When you are working against the clock trying to get something fast, these guys do their best to help out if they can. Very dependable.

The employees are extremely eager to please leaving you with a satisfied feeling every time you come through their door. The knowledge that they push onto your head is mind blowing to say the least. Highly recommend.
