The worst car wash and unsafe customer service. I spent $35 on the admirals package. The outside of the car was washed satisfactory however the inside seats were not vacuumed and still full of crumbs and sand. Much of the inside of the car was also not cleaned. The package I chose was to include vacuuming, car mats , wash , wax. I asked them to vacuum it again. One of the employee told me they don’t vacuum seats. Most of a car is seats ! This 6’ 2 “ male employee began to threaten and argue with me, a 5’ 2” grandmother . Fortunately, I worked in psychiatry for many years, although a scary experience, I told this employee I was not going to engage with him , I simply would not ever go back to the car wash again.
Absolutely terrible and scary service! I will pursue with the owner the behavior of a fool .

Quick to get you in and out. Got the top tier package and they barely wiped anything down and certainly didn't vacuum between seats. Plenty of dirt still on the outside of the car and wheels. This place used to be good, not anymore. Better off cleaning your own car for the money spent.

They have a card where you pay a fixed amount monthly, and you can get your car washed as many times as you'd like to. For an additional cost, there are several upgrades offered. They do a very good job. We've been going there for several years.

I lived in the area years ago and then moved out of state. Every time I got my car washed, I always said “Man, I miss Submarine Car Wash!” Now I’m back in the area and this is the ONLY car wash I’ll use. For $35, my car goes in disgusting and comes out shiny and clean! Is this a $200 professional detail? Absolutely not. You pay for what you get for. The quality product they produce far exceeds $35 however.
To the staff here, though I didn’t know him, I wanted to apologize on behalf of the man with the “brand new Lincoln” that was being an absolute nightmare and holding up the entire line, to include shutting the car wash down so the staff could look for his rear wiper blade! If you drive your car through an automated car wash, YOU risk any external pieces being damaged. That is not on the staff. My car has been through that car wash countless times and I’ve never had any issues - maybe consider that your car isn’t the build quality you thought it was.
We love Submarine Car Wash and all of its employees, thank you for the amazing job you all do!

For about 30 bucks you can have your car detailed as good as you would probably do it lol. They offer full detailing services as well, but I always use the admiral package and get my car cleaned inside and out quickly. It's the best for FAST and super cost friendly service for the whole vehicle?

Worse car wash I've ever been to.rims still dirty no English speaking people for me to tell my rims were filthy .had to sign language . 2 guys were doing my interior coughing all in my car as if they were working sick . Left footprints all on clean inside and stole all of my change .smh terrible never again

Requested the VIP. Exterior of the car was great. Interior was disappointing. Half of the dash was untouched. A puddle of water was left in the driver side floor mat. The cargo area carpet was not cleaned and the mat was very wet. Poor service for $35.

- don’t expect to “go out and get your car washed” when you live in Groton. anybody that does any kind of a good job works by appointment. i spent $50 on the only car wash at Submarine car wash because it was only place that took people immediately. i saw a guy take out a vacuum hose while the car was qued up for the drive- in wash. when it came out, 3 people ran around ducking in and out of the car with clothes. nothing unusual there except when i checked the “finished” job, the seats had not been wiped and the carpet was not vacuum, but they did hand waxed the outside ( and by the way, it was raining so the outside wash was a waste of time).
when i insisted that i should have the seats wiped i was told that required the $100 job!
NEVER go to Submarine car eash !!!!
