Every time I come, I get sidelong glances for a minimum of two minutes before anyone will come to the desk. Then (no matter how long ago the prescription was sent) I’m told it’s not ready and it will be AT LEAST twenty minutes. Come back thirty minutes later, rinse and repeat. They either need more help or an attitude... read full comment
