Loan processing takes months, they do not respond to emails, they are not there to help you in anyway. I’ve had multiple auto loans through them and they’ve miss handled them in many ways. Could not be more disappointed.

So far so good, was not easy to set up payment for my loan, But customer service helped me get it done. I got a great rate and hope everything goes smoothly.
