Nothing but praise for Navy Federal and this branch. They consistently beat rates for car loans, home loans and investments. Their customer service is top-notch. Everyone we have referred to them says the same thing. If you have been thinking about checking them out DO IT!

I have never had a bad experience at this branch. Everyone is always helpful and friendly. I use this branch for depositing and withdrawing money, to have forms notarized, and look forward to working with them on a loan application. Dale and Shannon are always wonderful!

I have done 100% of my banking over the past few years online through Navy Federal and USAA. I stopped by this branch, which is tucked into the side of the building that houses NGIS, to pick up auto loan documents and the experience was quick and professional. The product specialist that assisted me explained the entire process and had me on my way in about ten minutes.

Have had horrible customer service experiences here from the Branch Manager Dara(?). However, I personally believe it's a personal attack against me because had the same problems at a different location when she was at that location. Now the other location is perfectly fine to me and went out of their way to give proper service! I was harassed by the BM here and had requested video be pulled to show her following me and pursuing me after I told her to leave me alone. She had called me names and instead of approaching me in a professional manner to discuss her issue, she made up lies about me and had forced NFCU to take negative action against me with NO EXPLANATION for doing so.
