From the first time I walked into the store to find out rates, to the time I came back to switch my provider and receive my new phone I was in capable and caring hands and never felt like she was just a sales person. Samantha was knowledgeable and personable and the perfect representative for the face of the store as well as AT&T. She answered all of my questions, spent time with me and made me feel valued. Quite honestly a very refreshing experience in this era!”
