“Unfortunately I tore a ligament in my leg and my doctors messed up so much on my wheelchair prescription that it took weeks of back and forth between Heather from Louis & Clark an my primaries office for them to finally get all the documentation they needed for insurance purposes. Heather continuously reached out to my doctor's office as well as to myself to keep me updated. When my doctor's office finally gave her the correct information she sent over everything to the insurance company marked urgent and got me the wheelchair that day. I have been literally dragging myself around for 3 weeks while taking care of a 3 yr old. I know this is Heather's job but she went above and beyond to help me.
