I have had a couple issues on how long it takes to get approval from them contacting the insurance company for the approval-they tell me they need to have THREE staff on the schedule to be able to get insurance phone calls going to get approval for much needed item! When a script is dropped off on Friday and you are told Monday or Tuesday and you wait until Thursday to give them extra time and you find out that it has not even been started (and this is not the first time this happened) and then are told that there are others before you but they need to have three people on that day to take care of this-and it is a very necessary piece of equipment-it is my nebulizer machine that I desperately need for my asthma treatment!!!! Very frustrating and poor customer care!!! If I could give no stars I sure would! My health issues should not have to take a backseat to their schedule issues-this is a potential lifesaving device that they are playing roulette with!!!!

Unfortunately I tore a ligament in my leg and my doctors messed up so much on my wheelchair prescription that it took weeks of back and forth between Heather from Louis & Clark an my primaries office for them to finally get all the documentation they needed for insurance purposes. Heather continuously reached out to my doctor's office as well as to myself to keep me updated. When my doctor's office finally gave her the correct information she sent over everything to the insurance company marked urgent and got me the wheelchair that day. I have been literally dragging myself around for 3 weeks while taking care of a 3 yr old. I know this is Heather's job but she went above and beyond to help me. When people are in a really bad position, they just need one person to care enough and she was that person for me. Thank you so much to Heather from this Louis & Clark location.

My sister and I came to visit our mother and she was in desperate need of a new walker preferably one with a seat and basket. I was able to call on a Saturday with several walkers in stock! We were able to get in and out with a new walker and a reach grabber in less that 20 minutes. Super friendly staff. I was having a hard time finding something and came across them with a simple google search. After calling them it eased my anxiety to get mom what she needed.

Heather was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in finding the right chair for my wife. Very pleased with her being able to both expedite finding it, and having it delivered quickly to my home.

Wow I have to say this is the absolute worst customer service in the medical supply business that I have ever encountered. I have to get a nebulizer and I have called multiple times over the last 2 days and had to leave messages that never get returned. The one time I got someone on the phone they claimed that they didn't get the presscription and that they would look in the morning and call me back. No call. If you really need medical equipment forget this company. They are terrible.

They sold me toilet booster seat and handrails that mount to the toilet for my handicapped, 75-year old mother. They provided a receipt that was not itemized so no way to tell what was purchased. Not that I could return it anyway due to the type of product. They told me the booster seat would work with any toilet but it didn't. It wouldn't clamp down and stay put. The handrails only mount with the two plastic bolts that you use for the regular toilet seat. It isn't braced in anyway. When trying to use the arms to lift herself up, they move several in to either side. Horrible product for elderly people with balance and stability issues. I wish I had paid attention to the other reviews and gone somewhere else. Lesson learned

I am very impressed with the knowledge and kindness of Heather, one of your customer service representatives. She was a pleasure to deal with. I needed to purchase several products to assist me post surgery. She clearly explained how each item was to be used. Upon leaving, she carried my purchases to my car.Thanks, Heather!

Need a pregnancy support band and my insurance sent me here to order. I came on a Wednesday and was told my prescription was incomplete and needed more information. They allegedly sent the request to my provider, but I followed up and found they didn't actually do that. When I came back with the appropriate prescription on Friday I was told that they don't submit for pregnancy bands but I could buy one in store. It was cheaper at another place online. I waited days for this when I could have been told this information at first meeting. Avoid if you can.

I think they are a rip off you pay 83.00 dollars and they as soon as put them on they rip and get holes and of course they won't replace them. I will be looking for a better place to get my stockings.

It took a MONTH for me to receive my walker. Three times the doctor had to fax back the necessary form. The sales girl would give an excuse each time I called her. She never called to give me an update. After seeing what the doctor had sent, I walked in the store asking for my walker since I had already had chosen it and was measured for my height. Guess what? It was sitting in the back room and I walked out with it. Something is wrong with their business practice . I DO NOT recommend this store to anyone.

These guys are the worst. We bought a wheelchair from them and when we provided them with the prescription they refused to submit it to our insurance company. Bottom line - they stiffed us for $500.

Extremely friendly atmosphere ..store supervisor Felicia Seiler, went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed for my shoulder and looked up information for me that was very important.. I would recommend Felicia to be on the floor with customers because of her outgoing personality and she’s very knowledgeable. Sincerely, Michelle McCormack

Rude employees. Don’t help you out at all. Been trying to get a hospital bed from them. Got the paperwork faxed to them by my doctor, in Aug.. still waiting. I keep calling them about my bed, they keep telling me they are waiting to hear from my doctor. Called the doctor office and was told the paperwork was sent to them. Called the store they said they never got it. Had a doctor appointment last week, they showed me a copy of the fax sent in Oct., and again in Nov.. I asked for a copy to take with me to the store. The doctors office sent them another fax. Went to the store two days later, with the copy of the paperwork that was sent to the store, the person said we never received it, I told her it was faxed two days ago. She still told me they never received it. I pulled out the copy that I got from the doctors office, and gave it to her. Then she said yes, we got it a couple of days ago. Someone in the next cubicle was talking to the girl I was talking to. She never came over to talk to me face to face. Very rude employees, doesn’t look like they know what their jobs are.

Unhelpful,bad attitude, unwelcoming vibe. Staff tried to put words in my mouth that I didn’t say. Was very dismissive. I told them I wouldGo elsewhere and left. I’m not a person who feels “entitled” I was simply asking about a product and letting the staff know what my doctors office had told me what their store said when they called regarding the item I needed. You were extremely rude. I wasn’t asking for a “diagnosis” I was asking for a recommendation about product. It’s sad that you are in customer service.
