I’ve been renting w/ Hertz for almost a year now & Anne is THE BEST rental agent that I’ve ever done business with! She’s always kind and helps me with any rental issues when & if they occur. I’ll forever do business with Hertz simply because of Anne!!

Worst car rental place I’ve been to. I rented a Tesla though Uber with a reservation. I get there she immediately tries to give me a Chevy bolt when there are about 4 teslas sitting right out front. Long story short she brings me back the dirtiest Tesla. I ask her to service it. She drives around back and drives back up front and said she serviced. Took about 2 minutes. Vehicle was still dirty. Customer service is non existent. I returned the vehicle early. Just wasn’t impressed.

Made a reservation to pick up a car with Uber and when I got there they lady told me they only had teslas which at the moment I’m ineligible to drive for Uber but as I was leaving I saw a Nissan in their rental lot and when I went back to question she wasn’t there so I left but I feel like I was lied to and I will be calling someone about this because i now have to find a different location to rent a car from

The female manager is absolutely rude and useless. Refused to help us. I will get her name when I return the car and let corporate know.

I forgot the agent's name, but she is extremely friendly and helpful. I drive on the uber platform and at the moment I can only rent. The last time I picked up my rental, there were issues with the car she gave me. I told her about the issues, and right away, she assigned me a better car, no questions asked. As long as I'm driving for uber,I'll continue to rent from this location.

Needed a rental while my transmission was getting fixed and went with the Tesla. I loved it it was tough giving it up and going back to my old car. I never asked the woman at the front desk her first name but whoever was there today and last week was absolutely lovely. She came out and showed my little girls the cars light show before we left. Will recommend to out of state friends and family that come to visit. If we ever need another rental we will be back!

Hidden fees! Others mentioned this too if you read the reviews! This place will scam you. Check your bill closely. Very tricky!

Horrible experience! Reservation and pre paid for an SUV, got to Hertz to pick up and there were no cars. Had to wait for "what" was being picked up from the airport. Lady working in the office said I have electrics. I didn't rent an electric nor would I have anywhere or the time to charge it. Finally got the one gas car they brought back. No explanation of the car, no observation with the company for previous damage, no explanation of hidden fees related to the plate pass/EZ Pass. When asked upon return was told it would be charged to my credit card. Went just Over 400 miles and was charged over $100, no receipt or explanation. When I inquired how to avoid not receiving the type of car I pre paid for I was told "the Hertx motto is if you have 4 wheels your good" very poor customer relations! Never again Hertz! There is other car rentals at the airport!

If I could give this location zero stars, I would. First of all, I made the reservation through Expedia. After making it, and paying for it, I realized the time was a little later than necessary. So I called the location directly and explained my concerns. The woman on the phone was very understanding, and suggested, because they close at noon on Saturdays, that I come earlier. I asked her if 10:00 AM would work, and she said it would be perfect. Upon arriving at 10:00, the woman working had no knowledge of this, and refused to let us have it before set time. Frustrating, but ok. She then told us we had to pay a $500 security deposit. Now, we had already walked 5 miles to get to this Hertz, so had to walk another 2 miles to get to a bank to transfer money. Finally, at 11:45, she helped us, only to tell us my husbands credit score wasn't high enough. I made the reservation in my name, but because we used his debit card, the credit check had to be done through his name. His score wasn't high enough. So after $600, we had to Uber home. My children were waiting for me to pick them up so we could attend their father's funeral; which they subsequently had to miss (my car is in the shop; hence the rental). I will never use Hertz again, and would advise anyone from using this location. Absolutely horrible experience.

The woman at the desk's tone immediately changed when I walked up, compared to the last person, as if I was bothering her. Bad mouthed previous employees with the customer ahead of me. I don't need to know that stuff.Didn't let me rent a vehicle with my debit card even though I said I would be willing to pay an extra fee for the "less than 24 hour" notice- as if emergencies don't exist.She allowed the suspiciously twitching pal up next rent a 65k$ Tesla with a debit card immediately after I sat down to wait for my uber back to the hotel I just walked 2 miles from.I wont waste my time with Hertz again, even though I've used other locations twice in the past. Fool me once... never again

Watch out for hidden fees with Hertz! From the beginning of my reservation I had questions, which no one can really answer in the office! Plus the staff doesn’t explain hidden fees or really is any help at all!Read all the fine print when renting from Hertz!!!!

Annie is the best! Although there are other car rental options that is closer to where my husband and I live, I still would prefer to come here over and over again because of her!

Rented a vehicle for a week’s family vacation in June 2023 and drove through 3 states. When leaving we had our own toll pass, but opened the carrier on the window and there was already one inside. We thought since it was already there and No one talked to us about it, we could just go and it was obviously part of the total vehicle. Today at 6:00 a.m. I was notified that 76.83 was charged to my card for toll expenses. We would have used our own if it was explained!

I've had to rent a car twice this year, and it's been quick and easy both times. The car is ready and clean when I get there. Quick in and out.
