my sister went in to get her eye brows threaded for a wedding and the tech took half her eye brow off and they came out awful definitely a no star review. hoping the owner sees this and reaches out

I've been going here for years and she always does a fantastic job with my eyebrows threading! (Note: be sure to tell her a general gist of how you want your eyebrows done. For example, I always tell her before starting that "I want my eyebrows thick/full but slightly arched"). Quick, easy, and reasonably priced! (Be aware that threading HURTS)

I have had two appointments here for facial threading. I loved how my eyebrows came out. In addition to the threading, I had her tint them and it made a huge difference. I had never had it done before. My face was smooth and clean. Be aware, however, that it is a bit uncomfortable. The results are worth it in my opinion.

Visited on a Sunday for the first time. Salon is clean and nice. Price is different if you pay with card, as I believe they charge a convenience fee, so just FYI. They do have an atm just in case. This was also the first time I have ever seen a Brazilian +bikini, as usually the Brazilian covers the whole thing. Wax was more painful than most other places, and I get waxed all throughout the year. Maybe they use a different type of wax resin? Overall ok service.

If they specialize in eyebrows. I suggest you do just that. Been coming for a yr here. They do my eyebrows thread and also tint.They do my wax on fave too. For me it's only one lady I let touch my face.She does phenomenal.I am very specific about what I want and she accommodates. My skin doesn't do well with thread it leaves mark. So I can only wax face but very understanding and patient.Def recommend.If u need lashes go to a lash place.Don't leave bad reviews based on one experience. I've had a couple of services always walk in. They always take me. Prices are inexpensive. Worth it. Go get your eyebrows done here.

My friend told me about this place: “Smart Threading Salon”. I read reviews about this place online also. It’s opposite the Big Y in Groton, so lots of parking spots around. Sejal was the lady who I saw. Quick eyebrow threading, upper lip threading and other services such as body waxing. Reasonable priced and they do henna/mehndi too. They have an ATM machine. They accept cash and card. I suggest walk in. Don’t message on FB, they don’t respond or phone in as the lady whom I spoke to didn’t understand and hung up on me. Beside these mishaps the service I received when I walked in was very good.

The eyebrows are fine but lousy eyelash extensions stick them on the eyelid apart it burns horrible during its application
