“This review pertains to the Groton Walmart Vision Center. I want to commens Emile, an optician for his always efficient, courteous and friendly service. He is very good at repairing eyeglasses and never charges a fee. He takes care and fixes glasses that were not even purchased at Walmart. All of the associates are very friendly and helpful.”
“I go with my mother going to the commissary. I help her shop. Carry her stuff. My father, who has since passed was retired coast guard after 26 years. My stepfather is retired navy after just about the same time. So I get to spend some quality time w mom shopping.”

“I love coming here but some of the employees out on the floor need to work on their customer service skills. I had to come in with my four kids. 2 of them unable to walk. Making sure your kids stay with you and make it into the store is a lot and I just wanted to get in and out. I didn't realize my oldest only had socks on. I appreciate having it mentioned that my child forgot her shoes but I don't appreciate being talked down to and get a whole condescending lecture being embarrassed because he was so loud and there were people everywhere. I clearly said I'm sorry I didn't realize until now. It could have been handled a lot better and The gentleman at the register was great and kindly reminded me, I told him why and he understood and I really appreciate it.”

“Not a bad experience, although some displays I've needed to find things in we're rather disorganized, but I don't often have success finding anything all that specific.”
