CVS is always clean and organized. I usually find what I am looking for, as CVS is always well stocked. The team members at CVS are always available to help, very courteous, and make shopping there a very pleasant experience.

The pharmacy was busy but Emilee really took the extra step to assure I got my prescription. Not to give too much info but my insurance never works and she was able to find the solution and assure that my medication was charged the correct way and then saw it through to completion and made sure I didn’t have to wait any longer than I already had. Thank you Emilee for your hard work!

Drive- through is closed and patient has 2 broken ankles and is immobilized. How does that helpful? So, I Waited in line for 30 minutes at the pharmacy only to be told the prescription wasn’t ready. I waited in line a second time just to be told the same thing. Now I’m waiting again with no estimate. Seriously? I just watched a customer get shorted 10 pills. He’s already been here 4 times today! Once for shorting him an entire prescription! All kinds of irritated customers experiencing the same thing. Really not impressed with the quality of any of the pharmacy staff. Avoid this place for all your prescriptions.

This pharmacy is trash!! I’ve been coming here for years with no issues but last month they tell me I have to pay out of pocket for my medication because a “glitch in the system” is saying my insurance won’t cover it!! Ben was very nice and he tried everything he could to help, but I’m switching pharmacy’s.

This cvs Cost me 7 hours and $1200.I was in town without my migraine medicine that I take to prevent migraines. Started getting migraine, Dr. called in the prescription CVS said they did not have it at 11 AM. Called my doctor again had them send it again waited 30 minutes. Pharmacy said they still did not receive it. I told them it’s an emergency and I’m positive they called in the prescription. Called my doctor again and confirmed the address she was sending it to in front of the pharmacist. Pharmacist said wait 30 minutes. Now at 12:30 and suffering a full-blown migraine they still said they did not receive it. Had to leave and go to the hospital to be treated for a full migraine because I did not catch it in time which cost me $1200 and seven hours of my time. At 1 o’clock CVS called and told me they did receive the prescription at 11 AM . Talked to manager Ben or dan , turns out they just didn’t check their messages. Completely And utterly unacceptable And I will be doing everything I can to file complaints as far up the chain as possible.

Can you imagine having a major surgery and your doctor being on hold for over and hour to confirm your prescriptions for discharge and not getting through to the pharmacy. Then arriving after anesthesia in severe pain and having to go inside because the drive thru is closed then being told it's a 30minute wait. Once that wait is over the tech says your insurance is inactive when it's active but they insist it's not. Then giving a lame excuse that they're separate. Last time I checked insurance was either active or inactive. Especially after knowing you just used that same insurance for your surgery and every time you fill a script previously at other locations with no issue. Yet for some reason Groton CVS just cannot seem to function or get insurance entered. I've had scripts filled in the past from here with my name written incorrectly as well. This place needs an overhaul it's honestly scary we trust these people with out health. Zero stars 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND

The customer service at the pharmacy is absolute garbage. The one pharmacy tech is flirting with the other one when they're 30 people in line that need medicine and they don't seem to care about anybody. Also, you'll sit in the drive-through for 15 minutes and then they shut it on you and then you got to go stand in line with everybody else Totally not fair and they didn't even put the medicine in the bag. This place should be shut down.

Been on the phone for over a half an hour still not an answer not a hold please. Well be Right with you, it is 3:30 pm, on a Friday and yet can't get through to talk to even one person.

Well stocked but short staffed. Last two visits they've had to close the drive thru because they don't have enough people in the pharmacy resulting in long waits inside. Very professional and helpful once you make it through the line.

MINUTE clinic here SUCKS. Rude girls working and can't even tell you if you're contagious or not. Waste of money go anywhere else.
