Everyone was pleasant, lovely place to be right on the water, but the food was nothing special. Lobster rolls with butter had no discernible butter, no one was thrilled with their meal.

Lobster was fresh but not chunky . Hamburger Roll with seeds kinda toasted . . Bisque was flavorless lobster was very fresh , great views & loved byob
