“Incredible! The staff at Fastrax are so professional and friendly! We had never rented a trailer before and didn’t know where to go as Google led us to the closest UHAL dealer (Brooklyn Motorsports) we quickly found out it was a huge mistake! BMS not only were rude and fought us about our car not being able to tow the trailer AFTER making reservations days prior (they take vehicle info and what’s being towed) but they REFUSED to give us the trailer only hours before our trip. This is where we took a drive, the best drive, over to FASTRAX! What a breath of fresh air!!! With in minutes they not only saved the day but our entire trip! They picked up the pieces, with unbelievable customer service and kindness, took us in and most importantly earned a customer for life.
