I’ve been going to this store for years and have only had good experiences. Last year, Nick gifted me a bottle of wine on Christmas for being a repeat customer. Good store run by great folks.

I've been coming to this place for a while, they just re-updated their stock, and have a lot of new items! Even if I'm not looking to buy, I kind of just like to go in there and check stuff out. Very kind people there. Definitely a good one stop for anything you need in a 10 minute break.

Expensive. If you need smokes go elsewhere 30.00 + for 2 packs of cigarettes. Although the cost did go up, it's not 15.00 + tax per pack in CT.

I card in advance to see if they had the magazines I was looking for. I drove twenty minutes to get there and unfortunately there was a strong language barrier so there who picked up the phone had not understood me nor did the employee in the front of the store when I arrived.

I just stopped by Zyn's to pick up a newspaper. When I arrived, I noticed the newspapers were slightly out of order. After browsing, the cashier confronted me, extremely upset, and accused me of making a mess of his newspapers. I told him that they are in cleaner condition then when I found them and to check his cameras. I deliberately tried to do the guy a favor by tidying up his newspaper display. Instead, I am angrily accused of making a mess.I have worked in retail for years. I have spent hours folding t-shirts and sweaters only to see my nicely folded stacks trashed by customers within minutes. That's part of the job and the retail industry at large. Never would I consider confronting the customer. I am never returning to Zyn's and left telling the guy that it is not my job to clean his newspapers. Horrific customer service and I think the guy working here needs serious customer service training.

If your idea of getting the day off to a nice start begins with the Newspaper and a smoke and maybe a drink then this should be your first stop.
