I'm shocked to see all the negative reviews. We love their clothes and the material is super soft. We recently ordered again and somehow had it shipped to an address we haven't lived at in over 5 years. I emailed and within 20 minutes they returned my email and are shipping them out again to our correct address. They didn't have to do that, it was our mistake but they were generous enough to fix our mistake with 20 minutes. Bravo Vineyard Vines!**edit - AND they overnighted them: amazing'!

Theres plenty fake review sites for this company where its impossible to leave your OWN REAL review. Big red flag. Heres mine..Fabric ISNT soft and tailoring is designed for the obese. Im a 6', 175 lb guy, with a waistline 32'. That covers a huge percentage of male population and the length of shirt arms and body of shirt is appropriate for a large but the mid body of shirt is much wider than the shoulders And the quality of fabric is so stiff that it doesn't conquer to the body to lay a little more flat. Looks disgusting. Like something A young teenager may have tailored in home economics class. $170 for an experiment to see if it shrinks down in the right areas, lol, and fabric loosens a little. Do not approach this company. Terrible integrity.

I very recently ordered a $148 quarter zip shirt. You figure when you spend that type of money on a shirt, you would get good service. No! And when they admit that they made a mistake, it isn't followed by an apology, but instead they attach a link that tells me what their delivery policy is. They have lost a long time customer.

The is one of the few stores left where the sales persons great you a smile, and don’t pressure to buy. . You never need to wait for assistance , They find your size and color if they don’t have it on the floor . Gus is terrific she is very knowledgeable ,makes excellent suggestions and finds you everything you need .

Terrible company that doesn't allow to exchange purchased online items for different size, now my wife will not be able to get her Christmas gift in time. I have to return the item, wait for a gift card and purchase it again. I will never buy anything form them again once i use the gift card.

Terrible customer experience! Never buying from them again. Bought a button down shirt with a discount over Labour Day weekend, but it was never delivered even though I got a confirmation email. Two weeks later, when I tried calling the number on the email, it was not working. Then I sent an email and they responded that they were sorry but the item I bought was out of stock. However, it is one of their most popular items and it has been available on the website since (only not with the discount). I then wrote a review on their website, but was never published. Simply terrible and dishonest!

I am EXTREMELY disappointed with Vineyard Vines. They had a false advertisement on their website and did not offer any compensation for it. I know this is a relatively small issue but I purchased the item because of the picture on their website. The item was a long sleeve t-shirt with the Vineyard Vines logo on the shirt and down one of the sleeves. It is clearly pictured on their website with the logo down the sleeve. When I received the item the logo was not one the sleeves. I called their customer service phone number (after waiting several minutes on the phone) and was provided an email address to find a way to rectify the situation. They took several days to get back to me and once they did (after three emails) told me that "I apologize as the picture on the website was incorrect and the item does not have the logo on the sleeve. Would you like to keep the shirt or I can send you a return label?" No, let me correct this and get you a shirt with a logo on it, no we will refund your purchase, nothing like that. Just send it back on us. Since it is a gift I can't send it back. Other outfits/companies would offer a refund, keep the shirt and let us replace it with something we promised you! They promoted something on their website that did not exist and therefore committed falls advertising. They are a very expensive brand and I would have expected SO MUCH better.

Need I say much more. Won't be giving this brand any more of my business!!!! Google Vineyard Vines Law suits not only do multiple come up, but the most recent one is disgusting! Shep and Ian should be ashamed of themselves. I hope they pay for doing wrong to so many.
