Just wanted to shout out this Greenwich, CT post office and specifically Rashad from the customer service window because they are GREAT! I've been coming to this USPS location for 1.5 years now, and every time I'm greeted with a smile, they are helpful, and efficient in manner. Always appreciated!Also, friendly reminder that being kind to individuals in a customer service role literally takes zero effort on your part. Put kindness out in the world and make someone's day!

Great customer service! If you're nice to them they will be nice to you, just like everywhere else. The woman at the door looked for my package for a long time and could actually help me with my problem instead of just telling me she couldn't find it at the first obstacle.

Google has the location wrong and takes you to the back in the employee section. The customer entrance is on valley road

I went to ship a small letter to Singapore. After filling out two different types of forms, two employees informed me that they did not have any customs forms, and I would have to go to another post office, because another post office came and took all of their international customs forms away. This took about 30 minutes. which I will never get back, and was a completely unnecessary waste of time.

Been going to this post office ever since it opened- never an issue except sometimes a wait( some people just don’t get how to pack a box). Otherwise no complaints. I think sometimes people think they will get in and out quickly- basically not as there is always a line especially on passport days

Jose and the male staff that I've encountered in person or on the phone there have always been friendly and very informative! First time in a while where the Post office workers seem NOT to be miserable.

Basically need to show up at the office every other package thats sent to me because for some reason they can't figure out how to deliver something 2 and 1/2 blocks from them. Maybe the dumbest mail carriers I've ever dealt with.

The worst costumer service. The lady on the front the worst miserable human being. She shouldn’t be there. Try to avoid her. Even if you avoid her she still puts the nose.
