Best local post office of all time! I wasn't sure if something was delivered so Frank from the Cos Cob Post Office called me personally to say he was going past my house and would take a picture! Seriously, doesn't get better than that! Thanks CCPS!

The manager of this place is so rude. I have been here a few times and every time I go in he is standing there not helping anyone when the line is 5 people long and taking forever while his one employee tries to help everyone. Once when i was there there was a line of about 3 people and the woman at the counter was being helped for about ten minutes when a more attractive woman came into the office the manager jumped in to help her AND LET HER SKIP THE LINE OF PEOPLE WAITING. Absolutely not okay and so unprofessional.

The USPS indicated that the package was delivered to my home on Dec 24, but in actuality it had not been delivered at all. A post office that blatantly lies about deliveries should not be in business.
