My experience with Urban Pathways on Kelly Street in the Bronx, NY is that they stonewall you and misdirect you with assistance. No professionalism, empathy for the real homeliness. Staff need training in dealing with People (Homeliness People are People to).

Urban Pathways is an organization dedicated to ending homelessness in NYC. They take a housing first approach and have a very high success rate once a person has entered into their program. I would definitely consider working with Urban Pathways/participating in their programs.
