I had such a terrible experience in there with the older blonde lady with her hair up in a bun. She was incredibly rude Infront of a line of customers and then made a joke about me and started laughing trying to engage the rest of the customers. I was left in awe. Speechless to say the least, they should really pay attention to the kind of employees representing such a busy establishment. never again

I had the worst experience with this business! I do NOT recommend it to anyone.
I placed an order at Best Buy and requested the order to be delivered to a UPS mailbox since I was working in the area and it would be easier for me to pick it up.
The package arrived, I received an email saying that the order was ready for pick up, but then right after I received a very weird call from a lady called GIGI from the UPS Store at Greenwich saying that she got a package for me and that they will not release MY package if I don't pay an extra charge of $10 to the store.
Unfortunately, I didn't feel safe and I told them to return the package to the sender.
To me, this is completely unacceptable. Be careful with this business.

During my recent visit to this UPS store, I had an outstanding experience. Linda, the person in charge, went above and beyond to help me with my shipping needs. As I am starting a small business, I had many questions that Linda patiently answered. Her extensive knowledge was impressive, and I was grateful that she took the time to explain all the different shipping options available to me. Additionally, Linda carefully packaged my items to ensure that they arrived safely. I highly recommend this UPS store to anyone needing reliable and exceptional shipping services. Thank you, Linda!

After receiving terrible service at Rye UPS, I came to Greenwich UPS and knocked out my notary needs asap. Linda was efficient, kind and was just so sweet. This will be my go to UPS moving forward.

I needed to send two-page document to Hong Kong and first went to UPS and then went to FedEx to compare the price. UPS was a little more expensive than FedEx online rate. I decided to send the document at FedEx. There were three employees leisurely hanging around with one customer besides me.Since I am sending a document an employee gave me phone number to get exemption code. When I called, a man told me that he will send me the form through email to fill out. I related this matter to the staff, leisurely loitering about, and one of the staff took the phone and asked for the exemption code. They were obviously at odds with each other. I called again hoping an intelligent person would answer the phone. Same result.They on both ends did not know what they were talking about. I was dumbfounded how little they knew what they were doing. What a waste of time!I went back to UPS. Thank goodness! UPS did not mentioned anything about an exemption code and it happens that the cost was even cheaper than the FedEx. The lady was kind, knowledgeable and very efficient. She also told me that actual cost was cheaper than her earlier estimates.Five stars for UPS and one star for FedEx.

It would be nice if these guys picked up their phone every once in a while. You can never get them on the phone to ask a question or to get assistance.

I am writing this review to get a response from the UPS Store in Greenwich, CT. Their phones are not working again, and they sent my mail to the wrong address. I live 2 hours away and cannot get to the store during work hours. They have my contact info on file and should reach out me.

The oversized mid-aged female employee with glasses and short hair shouldn't work here. She's rude and not helpful and she doesn't even know the system. She says you can't track the package with the tracking number. When asked several times she's so firm with her wrong answer with the bad attitude. She's ugly inside out. LOL.

Employees look bothered asl everytime a person walks in. They’ve also lost 3 of my Amazon returns in 1 month, and there is this fat lady that moves opposite to her weight. Riverside store is better
