Five Stars for Keith at Toyota of Greenwich!!!
I recently purchased a Sienna minivan from Toyota of Greenwich and had an exceptional experience thanks to Keith. His knowledge of the vehicle and patience in answering all my questions were outstanding. Keith made the entire process, from selecting the perfect Sienna to finalizing the paperwork, smooth and enjoyable.

Awful place, take your business somewhere else unless you want to overpay. Slow to respond, unprofessional to a point, Salesperson was totally disengaged, just not a good experience. I wish I had not spent so much time trying to make this work.

Great experience purchasing a new vehicle from this dealership recently. My salesperson Biamllelys was professional, responsive, pleasant, and extremely respectful of my time. She worked effectively with her management team to help accommodate various special requests and to troubleshoot minor hiccups along the way. Recommended Toyota dealership overall. Bought a Sienna and overall service and attention has been great. The second key took almost 18 months and the sales person never solved it and ended up leaving but the manager and service area responded at the end and were super helpful.

Had some suspension trouble with my 2012 Tacoma while on a long drive on I95. I limped my truck into the service center without giving advanced notice. Robert in the service center was able to fit me in their busy schedule with no problems at all. The work took a bit longer than they expected, so they set me up with a loaner car so I could make the rest of the way home. Robert and his guys in the service center really helped me in a pinch, and I hope that management recognizes the great customer service, skill, and diligence of the entire department. I would recommend their service center as trustworthy and reliable to anyone. Thanks again!

I bought my first car in Toyota of Greenwich a few years ago and today I had the opportunity to trade in my old car for a new Toyota in the same place with the same sales person!. The experience was amazing, Jose and Leon helped me with all the process this time, they were very attentive and helpful, It was a great experience and I'm very happy with my new car.
