AAA said it would take over an hour for someone to get there but Jeff had me waiting less than 10 minutes then got me back on the road in less than 5 minutes! great service overall”
“A few weeks ago the bumper on my BMW was vandalized in the parking lot at my job. I took it to Twin Ridge Services because my Dad used to take all our cars there for repairs when I was younger. I wasn’t sure exactly who to speak to because in the past my Dad would handle everything. When I arrived I spoke with a younger gentleman named Nico. He inspected the car that day and gave me a timeframe on how long the job would take. I dropped off the car a few days later on my lunch break. Nico was generous to give me a ride back to work so I didn’t have to call a cab. When I went to pick up my car a few days later it was washed, cleaned and parked out front for pickup. Not only did they repair the part that was damaged but they also replaced and painted the entire front bumper. When I have kids I’m going to keep the tradition going and make sure I continue sending them to Twin Ridge Services.”
“I like this auto repair shop, they helped me fast and provide great service. I broke axle shaft on my Mercedes E-class when made a donuts lol. Called them, bring them car with a new axle shaft and they replaced it. Well done, thank you.”

“Very responsive and friendly service. I needed somebody to come look at my car at home in my driveway, and they sent somebody out as soon as I called. Price was very fair.When it was determined the car would need more service, they scheduled a tow at a time that was convenient for me later in the day. When the tow truck came, the driver was able to resolve my issue so that I could safely drive the car to the shop myself. Despite coming out in the snow, he decided not to charge me since I didn't need the tow after all. I wanted to take my car on a driving trip and didn’t want to leave it, until after I got back, so Angel pre-ordered the parts and everything was pretty much waiting for me when I got back
My car looks great-like it never happened!!
My car was returned to me clean and perfectly repaired. Pro Auto Body was on the list of Geico approved repair shops, but I would take any vehicle that I owned to Angel and his shop.

“We hit a large wooden object in the middle of the road on 95 North and ended up with 2 flat tires. There were 11 cars in total which requiring towing services. We were lucky to get Vincent Services as our company. The driver dropped us off at a local hotel as it was 10:00 pm on a Sunday night. The next day Vincent located the tires for us, we waited in their shop for the tires to arrive and they promptly mounted them and had us on our way. They assisted us in getting something to eat and were extremely pleasant.”

“Honest, reliable, quick - we could not have had a better experience! These guys are the best. We brought our 10 year old Subaru Forester into the Subaru Stamford dealership for a rattling noise and we were quoted 11K to repair a "mechanical failure" with the engine. Thank god we brought it to Red's for a second opinion. Joe Jr. squeezed us in to be seen right away and upon arriving did a quick check of our engine oil to discover that there was literally no oil. Can you believe this is how Subaru Stamford returned our car to us?! Especially after we paid them $700 for a synthetic oil change/tune up less than four months prior... Upon further inspection, Red's determined that aside from not having oil it in the engine was running fine. When we picked our car up - Joe Sr. took the time to show us how to check the oil and top it off ourselves. Everyone from Joe Sr., Joe Jr., to Benito at the front desk was awesome, helpful, professional and knowledgeable. We will absolutely be returning with all of our automotive needs.”

“I've had so many bad experiences with car mechanics over the years that I have come to just expect it, mostly in the form of blatant overcharging for work, recommending unneeded repairs (hello, brakes that somehow need to be replaced every year!), and sometimes just outright shoddy work. I'd become convinced that this is just the normal state of things, part of the game when owning a car. They overcharge you, you push back and work out a price that's still too high but whatever. They try selling you unneeded work, you decline, they push, you decline again, they come up with other unneeded services, you decline. Etc., etc., ad nauseum. So I've been more than a bit shocked at my experiences at Doerr's. No drama, no overcharging, no constant overselling of services, nothing. Just quiet, competent work for a fair price. You drop off the car and ask him to do an oil change? He'll do the oil change and charge you a nominal price, not 3x the going rate with an added note that you need to change your brand-new brakes because they're "wearing thin". You drop off the car for a New York inspection? He sees you need new wipers, calls to tell you so, charges you $18 per wiper - not $80 - and your car is ready for pickup. I keep waiting for the other shoe to drop, but, to my perpetual amazement, it never does. It's my highest compliment, one I feel uneasy giving given how many times I've been let down by other mechanics, but- this guy is honest. He and his shop are a diamond in the rough.”
“Drove down to White Plains, from Upstate NY - 4 hours and discovered the front end of my car was very low. Family member's neighbor suggested I have No. Broadway Auto look at my car. Called & Chris said to bring it right down. Based on mu Audi 2014 A6 TDI was outside their scope, they suggested I locate an Audi dealership. Not only that they helped me locate the closet one to bring my car. My major issues was springs front end from POT HOLES on the way down. I would highly recommend this location for any service issue. They are honest and professional. Thanks Chris and team for the above and beyond service & assistance that your team went out of there way for a stranger in an emergency situation.”

“When getting car repairs, you always wonder if you're getting taken to the woodshed. Benny is someone I found I can trust to do what needs to fix the car and asks beforehand for the go ahead on everything. He has changed tires, put in a new transmission, re-wired my engine electrical unit, put in a new rear axel, and more. You can reasonably talk with him about repairs and he's straight up about what has to be done. His prices are very reasonable as well. Sue keeps the place moving along operationally and helps make the experience more efficient and less painful.”

I had taken my truck to the dealership for an engine issue, the dealership said my truck was shot and the repair would be so costly I would be better off buying a new one. This was 20,000 miles ago, after Freddy's performed the repair, and at a good price. I highly recommend Freddy's! They saved my Ram. Many of my co-workers also use Freddy's.”

“Nicest people in the world! My Honda Accord started acting very weird on the Parkway. Rapid search for closest garage. Managed to limp into Round Hill. John and his fellow master mechanics spent a good amount of time troubleshooting and found a "very unusual" blown fuse, which they replaced and then road tested. All seemed fine and they sent us on our way... and way more than fair.”
