Anne was fantastic! I ordered one of their purses online and it was slated to arrive on a Thursday...four days past my wife's birthday. So I drove down to Greenwich and burst into their store "you gotta help me"! Anne was a real pro and helped me pick a better choice for my wife's birthday, and to boot, it was on sale. I told her to make me look like a "Rock-Star", and she did. BTW, gonna return the online order. Thank you Anne. Your bosses need to know what a great person you are.

Had the most amazing and professional exchange with Jasmine. She went above and beyond to help me with an out of stock item and the extra steps she took to help me locate it was refreshing to witness. A true gem in customer service.What an asset to the Tory Burch store!

Jasmine was great! Friendly and down to earth. Needed a bigger size than what I ordered online and she helped me with an even exchange. Also bought slides and flip flops while there.

I rather drive to other store location, the staff from this location are very rude they didn’t want to show me the merchandise as if I didn’t have money to buy , I have dozens of Torry Burch shoes on my closet that I bought online and other store locations , they are just rude and pretentious.

Drove 1 hr from home to Greenwich just to visit this store.It’s a lovely store, but sales associates don’t seem to be very pleasing with a customer like me, who walked wearing a headscarf and with kids. Very rude.moms with kids be aware!I’m not going there anymore. Online shopping is better.

I was looking for a Christmas gift for my girlfriend and found a beautiful handbag online from Tory Burch. I work near the Greenwich location so I thought I would call and check on availability. Claudia answered and gave excellent customer service answering any questions I had about the handbag being in stock. When I went to pick it up today, she gift wrapped it for me, and even gave me a brief story of the Burch Family and how they have a passion for needlepoint, as that was the style handbag that I chose for the gift. I will definitely be back to visit the Tory Burch location in Greenwich and let Claudia know how she can help again! A+ customer service!

The two girls working there were soooo amazing… I was running late and they close at 6, I call them explaining where I’m coming from and I’ll be there exactly at 6 due to traffic and they were just so sweet and understanding. They honestly made my day.

My credit card information was stolen here. Michelle was given my credit card over the phone to purchase a bag. That same credit card number was later stolen and used at a restaurant that is 10 minutes away from this location. I’ve never been to or purchased anything from Connecticut besides this bag.
