Bought a ring for my wife, tried to return it after 36 days, they would not take it even for a store credit. Having spent almost 200k here over the years, it’s not the same place it was under the new owners. My business goes elsewhere.

I went to this location for an exchange, the store is nice, but Grace, the salesperson, was very impertinent and irreverent with her comments. I was planning on returning to this store, but I was very disappointed after hearing inappropriate remarks from someone who didn’t even know me.

My fiancée gets her ring cleaned here, and her necklaces, too. The service is great and the parking on the side is really convenient for Tiffany customers.

We had a diplomatic issue at this outpost of the headquarters but they handled it fine and took care of the issue with grace, discretion and legendary Tiffany's service.

I went to Tiffany & Co. on Greenwich Avenue today for the first time to fix a chain on my necklace which had broken. I was told that Tiffany did complimentary repairs for Tiffany products. So when the woman helping me mentioned a $55 repair charge, I mentioned that I was not aware of a charge. She explained the charge and confirmed the charge would still be $55, which I understood and was happy to pay. But then she turned to her coworker standing next to her and said "life would be pretty great if we all just got repairs for free, right?" She said this right in front of me, laughed, and then continued the transaction. I wish I had taken my necklace back and brought it somewhere else to be fixed, but unfortunately I was caught off guard by this response. This experience was upsetting, and made me feel very embarrassed. For reference - I am in my early 20's and this was my first piece of nice jewelry. I might reconsider going back to this store again after I get my repaired necklace back.

My last 3 visits there were not a pleasure at all.The last one in particular was awful. Came here to choose what I want for Christmas, but the sales person was more interested in rolling eyes and making annoyed face (because of my kid), than in helping me out with assortment. She kept silence all the time and was only reply my questions, very short. Felt completely not welcomed there. Usually I was offered a business card with phone number, email and names of things I like, but not this time.I don’t know what is the reason of such attitude, but if the reason is my daughter - it’s unacceptable. Never thought of Tiffany as a NOT a family and child friendly.Anyway, I told my husband I don’t want him to go there to buy a gift for me and better drove NYC or New Jersey, where I NEVER got such a problem, even when my 2yo was jumping on the couch. Bottom line - my 5000$ goes to a different store.
