Meryl helped me to create a family heirloom which exceeded my expectations! From start to finish, it was done professionally, quickly and was a fun experience. Highly recommend for ring resizing! I brought my engagement ring in to be resized and the service was spectacular. I worked with Lorella Colonna the Greenwich Service Director. She was kind and offered solutions and promised to get the ring resized by Christmas. To my surprise she called me 3 days earlier than expected to pick it up. The ring looks beautiful and the resize was seamless. Could not have asked for more with this experience.

I worked with Olivia to get my watch and the engagement ring at the Greenwich store. She was extremely helpful and worked patiently with me to find exactly what I was looking for! She was able to find the exact stone I was looking for for a price that beat every other jeweler. I trusted her so much by the end I let her pick the side stone and setting to make everything come together. My fiancé and I couldn’t be more happy with the ring and the experience overall with Olivia and Sherve Crump & Low as a whole! I would recommend to anyone who is looking to see Liv!!

While I ended making the personal decision to go with a different time piece, the Brad and Eve were extremely helpful. My decision had nothing to do with them and If they had the watch I was decided on, I would have purchased from them in a second. I highly recommend this business!

They owners and staff are all very lovely and knowledgeable. I have bought jewelry and had jewelry made, repaired and cleaned and can only say good things. My most recent visit was quite special. I had a pair of diamond stud earrings re-set that my Mother had left me. The diamonds were not high quality by any stretch but Brad (one of the owners) and the entire staff knew that to me, they were million dollar diamonds as they were from my Mom who had recently passed. I never buy anything pricey but I am always welcomed and treated the way someone spending six figures would be. Gorgeous jewelry, great people.... a good business to support.

I had a really good experience here. My sales rep, Meryl, was always pleasant, professional, and patient. She gave me plenty of room and time to explore their watch collection. Once I’d narrowed down my choices, she allowed me to try on several. She also brought down a model from their Boston location that caught my interest. I ultimately wound up buying one that was already located in the Greenwich showroom, there was no pressure the buy the watch brought down from Massachusetts just for me.

My husband wanted to upgrade my ring after we sold our house. We were all set to close and I decided on a beautiful pink diamond ring I saw on SC&L's website. I reached out and had the most wonderful sales associate in Eve Tarullo. She was so patient, kind, and understanding. I received my ring last week and can't take my eyes off of it. The attention to detail / design of the ring is amazing and it's a one of a kind creation. Thank you for my dream ring!

I was recently gifted a watch however the place the watch was purchased from does not size watches. I was recommended to go to Shreve Crump & Low and they were veryaccommodating and willing to help regardless of not buying the watch from there. Beautiful location right on Greenwich Avenue with a great selection of new and preowned watches, welcoming staff and a warm homey setting with plenty of comfy seating. There were some impressive AP/FPJ models in the display, as well as a few other fun/cool pieces like a zebra Reverso and a YG Root Beer GMT.A friend was insistent that I see Jose, the in-house watchmaker, to help repair damage to a case and size an integrated bracelet for a Vacheron Constantin Overseas. Jose did an incredible job with both tasks and I would trust him with any watch in my collection. Thanks Jose and S, C & L.
