“We were at the post office today getting passports done for our 3 kids, and Jose was absolutely amazing. He made what could’ve been a super stressful process actually smooth and even fun. He was patient, helpful, and so good with the kids — cracking jokes and keeping things light while still getting everything done right. You can tell he actually cares and enjoys helping people, which is rare these days. We’ve dealt with grumpy attitudes at other places before, but Jose really stood out in the best way.
