I was surprised when going in here because I expected great customer service. When approaching the register, I had been looking at the smaller sized items, so I gestured for the person behind me to go in front of me, so I could continue looking. I received a nice eye roll from one of the younger employees, behind the register. When I was ready, she was the one who rang me up. I asked her a couple of questions, about points/CC, which she rudely responded to. As she put the receipt in the bag, she just pushed the bag over toward me and turned her back to the get the next customer. She did not say a word. I wish I got her name or called over a manager, but I could tell you that I will never be going back in there. You would think with the $$$ Sephora charges, they would make sure that their employees, were approachable.

I specifically went to this sephora because Debbie has always been so helpful & pleasant in my past visits. Today her & Isabelle went above & beyond! So knowledgeable & sooo patient w all of My questions. Best experience at a makeup store period, best sephora customer service in CT!

This is my second time coming to this location and not receiving any type of service. Not even a hello as I walked through the door, despite an employee standing there. However I did see her light up and greet customers who were of Caucasian descent. I browsed around the store for about 10 mins and no one asked if I needed help. I did however hear the employees asking other shoppers if they needed assistance. I felt completely uncomfortable and unnoticed. This is crazy to know this is still a thing in 2024. Especially from a company that supports diversity and inclusion. Not all Sephoras are terrible. Just this location. I’m a former Sephora employee, my manager always enforced quality customer service. Clearly this is not the case here.

I want to begin congratulating Kaylie on her excellent customer service at the cash wrap. I was so impressed with how sweet she is. The girl stocking the Dior section had somewhat of an attitude when I asked if they had overstock of a specific lip gloss. But overall my experience was nice. Considering I was just at the Ridge Hill location, Greenwich store was stocked, clean. And Kaylie was so energetic and bubbly.

I love this place!! they are amazing here. they always help me find what I need and we always have a good chat to! the workers here and funny and skilled! and the costumer servis help me so much to! at this location someone redeemed 500 points of mine and it was not me, the costumer service was very helpfull and was able to give me back my points! i absolutely love Sephora and this location is amazing 100/10!

I absolutely love coming to this SEPHORA IN GREENWICH everyone is so WELCOMING and it’s DEFINITELY BUSY for a reason because this SEPHORA ESPECIALLY is very HELPFUL, with any questions that you need answered. It’s the Holidays as busy as it is the employees try their best and you can see it. Working in RETAIL FOR 8years I know they try their best and they do take the time to help!! This is the go to SEPHORA OVER ALL ! In my OPINIONCONTENT CUSTOMER:D P.S. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK

I would recommend they are mostly always in stock of everything and the workers are really nice but the only thing is the building is very small so it gets very very very crowded and on weekends it's a problem but only on Sundays also I like that since it's small every worker knows the regulars (I am a regular) and everyone is very helpful they really made this Sephora really good

As a working toddler mom in grad school, my makeup bag was looking very sad! The weekend before my 40th birthday I threw the aging bottles out and came in to get new makeup for my birthday weekend. Roy patiently helped me match foundation, concealer, and eyebrow liner, and he picked out the perfect lipstick shade (all with my three year old afoot). As a former salesperson I appreciate someone who can do the soft up-sell. Love everything I got and will be returning when Roy is in!(Lost my receipt to do the survey but I visited the store on 6/30)
