High end store on Greenwich Ave. Personally I go for the perfumes.
You have to pay to park on the street and 2 quarters only gets you 20 minutes, thought I should mention that!

Horrible customer service. Extremely rude and haughty sales floor reps. Don’t go here if you don’t want your day and good mood ruined.

Awful customer service. Sales associates need to be trained to treat customers with respect. The store needs a complete overhaul.

I love going into these places in my runaround clothes. Because you instantly find out the quality of the staff. I have enough money to shop almost anywhere I choose but to see blatant rudeness is a surprise.
A kind sales person was helping us from another floor because we were trying to find my wife’s size.
The floor manager said she didn’t have anybody working by the name of the person that was helping us and acted as though my wife was lying and didn’t belong because of being a size 16-18.
I am ashamed to have excitedly brought my wife, whom I love, to this store. No apology even after the person came up to the floor manager and in front of my wife stated her name.
I would fire this person on the spot incredibly rude and arrogant didn’t even offer an apology. And I hope somebody at this store reads this.
You need to carry at least one or two items that will fit everyone that works in your store. The sales person even had the audacity to say well we are a community where we only have people who wear size twos and size fours. She said the lose a lot of customers and wished they offered a few slightly larger sizes.
This type of attitude stinks and a store with your reputation should hire people with tact, especially when the sales people have more tact than a floor manager who shows no tact or grace.
Someone needs to reconsider their hiring process. Go down the street to Richards. The staff were polite and tactful. The staff was also grace filled, which is amazing.
I will not refer anyone to the store. I’ve tried to go to your store in Dallas and got the exact same response. I once shopped in the store and had a fantastic time. no more.

Saks at Greenwich CT didn’t want you to return finial sale items! The elder women says they are not the one you can return for those finial sale items on their website! They are different she says!!! She even made a mistake the price I returned, so angry I did not notice right away!

This place is a disaster when it comes to customer service. The one associate is constantly distracted and helps 2 other people while simulatneously being distracted and not helping the person checking out. To add, today they didn't even have change in the cash register. How pathetic, you don't have $1.27 in change? Blows my mind.

Beautiful location. Some employees are very helpful & kind. Others act as if you’re bothering them because they’re doing their job. Would rather visit a NYC location after my last 2 experiences.

Not the best. I bought a few big tickets items from them over the years. I always associated Saks with good customer service but I don't think this is the situation here. I bought a very expensive jacket and a wallet this year. I had an issue with the wallet a few months later, the color was wearing off! The wallet was very expensive and I called Saks and they said to bring it to the store and they would exchange it or give me credit no problem. My wife went there to exchange and after 45 minutes they reused to take back the wallet or exchange it. They were quite rude! The manager and the salesperson were both not nice.

I've always known about Saks Fifth Avenue, but had never actually been in one of their stores until the other day. I'm not at the income level to shop here regularly, however I was looking for some small gifts for the holidays and thought this may be a good place to check out. I was off from work and didn't feel like going to Manhattan, so I decided to drive to Greenwich to check this Saks out. The Saks in Greenwich is located on Greenwich Ave which is home to a number of other high-end retailers. There are actually multiple stores that make up Saks as a whole here - the main store which has women's items, The Vault, the Men's Shop (aka Barney's), and (I think) a women's shoe shop. I decided to first go into the Men's shop to see if anything spoke to me; immediately upon entry I noticed a SA sitting in the vestibule on the phone (she was loud, the call really should have been taken out of customer view/earshot). The merchandise is spread across two floors with a larger selection on the first floor and outerwear upstairs. I wasn't impressed with the merchandise - the selection was very sparse and there seemed to be a disproportionate amount of coats compared to other items. Customer service was a zero - nobody in the store acknowledged me or engaged me in conversation, and they barely made eye contact when they did. It was only after about 10 minutes the woman in the vestibule got off the phone and said hello to me. I was standing by the leather goods and all she said to me was that the items were genuine leather - as if I was assuming they were fake leather shopping at Saks? Whatever - I made one more lap and left. I decided to stop into the main store across the street, and had the same experience. No acknowledgement of my presence and a bunch of SAs standing around chatting. Overall, my experience at Saks in Greenwich was the pits. I really don't think my expectations are off here - I've shopped at other luxury stores before and have had excellent customer service. I know I don't look like a Real Housewife of Greenwich wannabe, but I'm also not a tourist who stumbled in from 5th Ave. Regardless, all customers should be treated with respect. If I ever patron Saks again it will be online, as their in-store experience (at least here in Greenwich) does not match their supposed reputation as a luxury retailer.

Wow, if you have more money than you could possibly need, then this is the shop for you! Loved the clothes but my bank balance didn't like the price tags!

Horrible customer service. I purchased a pair of pants. They were marked final sale and I understand that. The pants came rolled up in a ball in a plastic bag and stained! I went to the store - refused to take them back. I called online and although they said they agreed with me that I should be able to return them and gave me a return label - the distribution center sent them back with a note... final sale. Horrible for a high end store!

There’s a reason why you shop at Saks and it all comes down to customer service. I’ve always found everyone to be friendly at all their stores in Greenwich, whether it’s the shoe store, The Vault, or the Men’s Store. But it’s people like Danae who go the extra mile and above and beyond the call of duty to make your experience unforgettable. It’s employees like her who keep me coming out to the brick and mortars and not staying at home doomscrolling sales items that I’ll likely have to return. In addition to the service, the locations are spacious, well-stocked and spotless.
