I really enjoyed going to roller rabbit today and getting a high-quality pair of pajamas for myself. The staff were lovely and very helpful. I feel the pajamas are a good value and a nice treat for myself. They seem like some thing I would have for many many years and really feel special when I wear them.

Staff was very rude. I was a first time shopper and had a couple of questions regarding sizing. They seemed annoyed with my questions and rushed me out of the store.

I bought over $400 worth of pajamas in early December. Asked the sales associate to wrap them since they were presents. She went downstairs, wrapped them up and came back with three bags. I put them all under the tree and haven’t touched them since. Opened them this morning and one of the bags was missing the pants!Now I have to call and hope they realized their mistake and set aside the pants. I doubt it will be easy.The service in the store was awful. No greeting, no asking if we needed help, had to start our own fit rooms. One associate openly rolled her eyes at another customer. Just two college girls standing around gossiping, acting like the customers were a nuisance.

Bought over $400 worth of pajamas, asked the sales associate to wrap them since they were gifts. She goes downstairs wraps them up. Take the 3 bags and put them under the tree. Open one of them on Christmas today and it's missing the pants. Now I have to call them and either hope to get a refund or ? Service in the store is lacking, no greeting, no asking if we needed help. One of the sales associate openly rolled her eyes at another customer.

Beautiful store! When I called ahead the friendly staff member put aside the item I needed to purchase. When I arrived, she recognized my voice and greeted me with a warm welcome -my item was pulled, tagged and ready to go. I browsed and found other gifts and had a lovely experience. Thank you RR we love your fun PJ's and shopping was a delight. -K

I told the employee that nobody helped me or spoke to me for the 15 minutes I was in the store. I set up my own fitting room! Employee said I can go ruin someone else’s day. I live and work in Greenwich. This level of unprofessionalism belongs somewhere else.

Staff is unbelievably rude and unwelcoming. No one greeted me when I walked in or asked if I needed help. I was looking to purchase something, but took my business elsewhere.

i called asking a question and then they started sarcastically laughing at me??. the person answering the phone was terribly rude to me and even had their fellow coworkers laugh at me. terrible customer service would not recommend.

Customer service was terrible. I was trying to ask the sales associate a question about an item, and she responded coldly and was absolutely no help at all.
