I went in a few weeks ago to the Greenwich location and received assistance after asking, but then was immediately pawned off to someone else. I proceeded to spend a few thousand dollars on a few items with the intent of spending thousands more after receiving the items I ordered. I received one item fairly quickly and had a few questions on the other remaining items, as they were scheduled 6 months out. I called the telephone number on the business card I was given, leaving a detailed message for Ana to please return my call as I had a few questions about the items 6 months away, and I wanted to inquire about purchasing more pieces before those items arrive. I waited 2 weeks and no phone call back. I then call the store and ask to speak to Ana and the person took down my information down to have Ana call me back. Still waiting for a call. I would advise to shop elsewhere if you want any sort of customer service.

We moved to Connecticut in 2021 and needed a decent amount of new furniture. We worked with Derek L at the shop to choose a large sectional for our living room. In a year, the cushions had started to disintegrate and I called. He immediately ordered brand new cushions and we swapped them out. Again, this summer, I noticed they were disintegrating again. I realized the gray leather of the couch was starting to resemble an elephant on a liquid diet. They offered new cushions again, which I appreciated, but when I indicated that a couch at this price point shouldn't need new cushions every 9-12 months. He agreed, came out and inspected the couch and worked with us to honor the lifetime guarantee and replace the couch with a brand new, different model. Derek was an absolute GEM to work with, patiently answering each phone call and email from me over a period of months. RH is not where you shop for a bargain, and this type of customer service makes every dollar worth it.

We recently bought 2 Sorensen chairs and they're incredible....So elegant and comfortable. Customer service was amazing, and we particularly loved dealing with David Donatello, who was so knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend this store.

Purchased a sofa from RH in 2017 fast forward to 2023 the cushions needed to be replaced which RH did free of charge. One side of the couch was caving in on itself due to the hardware on the inside of the couch coming apart. The metal straps on the underside were held in with nails rather than screws. Was a VERY expensive couch that hasn’t lasted 6 years. Very disappointed and will be calling the company tomorrow. Would not buy any more furniture from this company. Have had issues with this piece for years but didn’t realize the issue right away.

It’s seems that their business is so good that they completely ignore you when you just walk into the store.Very poor customer service!

Very disappointing visit. Not the retail store of the past. Very limited inventory and not much too look at, all the furniture was basically the same.

I guess I didn’t look very wealthy today. The sales people couldn’t have ignored me harder, by the time we left it was actually comical. That’s cool though, I’ll just keep buying the real antique furniture RH knocks off.

Beautiful gallery! The collection is limited though and not updated frequently. We have had mixed experience with the design consultants with some following up promptly but others not really showing any enthusiasm.

I do not post reviews but I have to share we have had the worst experience with this particular store location. Management is terrible. They do not communicate. They were rude and not helpful. They by accident ordered us the incorrect elements of our sectional couch. Then realized, tried to charge us more, and then delivered only half the sectional couch. The half a couch was also missing pillows!!!! They promised the rest of the couch as well as the missing arm pillows would be shipped to us within 3 more months. We are now approaching the 3 month mark and they said they made a mistake and they won't be sending us the rest of the couch until March. Mind you, I had to call to get that info- they don't actually follow up. I would have ordered from many other vendors knowing March was delivery when we placed the order back in August. They are truly ripping us off and management does not call you back or care. Its been a 12k nightmare and I only have half a couch with missing pillows to show for it........To be clear, this is not supply chain issues. They placed an order for the wrong SKU's at the store. They didn't have their ducks in a row and still don't. Do not order from them or shop at this location. I highly recommend going straight to Meatpacking location in NYC. My friends ordered almost the same couch almost 1 month ago and already received it perfectly. No issues. Its this location and the management at this location that is problematic.

Designers are competent however the attitude of the managers they call leads leave a bad rate in your mouth. Snooty comes to mind. You better off using the shirt them to Brous go somewhere else.

I love RH and this particular location is beautiful. HOWEVER! There is nothing more uncomfortable than walking into a place and feeling unwanted or unwelcome. Blonde lady in her 60's made it clear that I'm just a small fry and wasting her time. I came prepared and knew exactly what I wanted. I only needed help choosing between two wood tones and asked to see a table to help me with my decision. At one point she said look in this area as she sat busy on her laptop. Also what chairs would fit best?. I wanted to be able to have arm rests and still push the chair under the table. She told me to come back when I know what I want. I walked around read description of displayed pieces and left disappointed. My teen daughter also noticed how stuck up she was. I did ordered on line, and by leaving I had time to scroll on line and found chairs at 1/3 price (no armrest). Thanks for nothing you miserable old hag. Remember you don't own RH you just work there.

This one is smaller than the one in West Palm Beach, Florida. Nice stuff. Furniture there is for big houses only. Not very modern either.
