Great experience!! RTD was great to work with and super reliable. Kenny was amazing getting us set up and always available to answer any questions. Our driver, Randy was the best, kept us updated throughout his drive and such a nice guy. So thankful we had them for our move! I would not have wanted to do our long distance move without RTD. After looking at several companies, I chose RTD because of their highly rated reviews - and they did not disappoint! THANK YOU to Frank and all the RTD team!

Excellent. We had a great experience with this company and James H****** as our driver. We cut costs for many parts of our coast-to-coast move, but we're so glad that we decided to hire a driver (especially Mr. H******) through this company. Each transaction was clearly stated and justified, and the company worked with us to save money wherever possible. This included selecting a professional driver that was close to either our starting point or destination and providing a detailed itinerary for the full quote. Our driver, Mr. H******, was also conscientious about choosing lower priced gas stations and safe but affordable hotels, and we owed less money than expected at the end. Our driver safely navigated a lot of challenges on the road (flat tires, weigh stations, steep downhills/uphills) in a 26-ft box truck with a car trailer and arrived right on time. Mr. H****** walked us through recommendations for picking up / dropping of the truck and correctly attaching the car to the trailer - all of which we wouldn't have known as well without his advice. The company and Mr. H****** were also flexible when we ended up with a bigger truck than requested. Overall, everyone was highly professional and courteous. We were able to kept in touch with Mr. H****** and the company throughout the moving journey too. I'd definitely recommend this company to anyone planning a move, especially if you want your household items to arrive in a timely manner without worrying about hidden fees and service quality. We are very satisfied customers.

I recently hired Travis from Rented Truck Driver to drive a rental truck for me, and I couldn’t be happier with his performance. He drove safely and returned the truck in excellent condition, all within a great time frame. Travis was also very polite and professional throughout the entire process. I also want to acknowledge Frank, the owner, and the entire team at Rented Truck Driver for organizing and arranging the whole delivery so smoothly. One great feature of this company is the group chat they initiated, which kept everyone, including myself, my wife, the owner, and the driver, on the same page throughout the process. I highly recommend them for anyone in need of a reliable and skilled driver.

The thought of driving a 26 foot rental truck (with a car carrier attached to it) halfway across the country was a scary proposition for someone not used to driving anything bigger than a minivan. Rentedtruckdriver.com took those worries off of our plate and allowed my wife and I to focus on other aspects of the move. We experienced outstanding customer service from start to finish. Our driver Jerry could not have been more accommodating and kind; he was also a highly-skilled driver and stayed in constant contact with us throughout the trip. I can definitely see why this company is so highly rated. I definitely recommend them to anyone who is considering a long-distance move.

This is by far the most reliable service I have used in my many moves.My large household move from Boston to Los Angeles, including a vehicle in tow, was handled flawlessly. From the initial contact through to execution, the owner was proactive in communication, instilling confidence throughout the entire process. RTD's customer-first mindset was evident as they expertly navigated the complexities of the move, providing invaluable consulting and mentorship when unexpected issues arose.When the rental truck (reserved through another company) was not ready at the contracted pick-up time, RTD took charge. They contacted the rental company, calculated additional costs incurred, and negotiated a discount on my behalf. When my hired help for loading needed to be rescheduled due to the delay, my driver was on-site to provide his expert advice and wisdom.Throughout the drive, I received multiple daily updates on the location and status of my property, giving me peace of mind and confidence that my belongings were in excellent care.The staff at RTD are incredibly friendly, and the service is seamless. Unbelievable company and unbelievable driver. This was the second time I used them. It is a shame I can only give five stars as they deserve far more. Our driver, Jerry, was a rock star. We were delayed getting started but he stuck with us, never complained once, and did all he could to remedy the situation. On top of everything, he still arrived at the destination early. He was extremely trustworthy, as was the company, and I never had to question anything. Moving is stressful. It's really important to hire the right company to help. This entire company was amazing and saved us thousands of dollars. Most important, their integrity was flawless as was their service. You will never go wrong using them. I cannot overstate my gratitude.

RTD was amazing to work with. Everyone from the owner to the admin staff to the driver were top notch.I had to move my belongings from Seattle, WA to Houston, TX and contacted RTD for a truck driver to drive my rental truck. The driver Michael was one of the nicest most genuine people I have ever met. I had complete trust in his ability to safely deliver my belongings to me.I will always use RTD for any future moves.

We had a great experience with RTD moving from Silicon Valley to Austin, TX. Our assigned driver, Adam, was very professional and friendly. He kept us informed along the route. All communications with RTD were very clear and transparent. The cost estimate that we were provided was almost the same as the final cost. Overall, RTD is the best option for moving interstate.

This company is the best to hire to drive your rental truck to your new location. In the office, Frank, Brenda, and Sarah were wonderful and made my move stress free. They explain in detail the process and answered any questions I had. They give you options how to pay which it was an easy transaction. Kevin, my driver was a veteran driver and I felt my belongings were always in good hands the whole trip and arrived safely with no issues. I was in total communication with the office and driver via text message, if needed during the trip. Kevin checked in and advised when he arrived at his first stop for the night and that was comforting to know all was running smoothly. I highly recommend hiring from Rented Truck Driver, a great company that cares about you and making the move seamless.

I could not be more satisfied or happy with Rented Truck Driver. Skip drove a 26' rental truck with my car in tow from Virginia to Anchorage Alaska in a highly skillful and timely manner through some uneasy conditions. He was also extremely helpful when it came to the logistics of trailer setup and breakdown and helped me negotiate a substantial discount on my truck due to a defective ramp. Both Skip and Frank were highly communicative throughout the whole process and significantly reduced my stress level during such a massive move. I couldn't have done it without them and highly recommend their service!

This is my second time in 5 years working with RTD and Neil as my driver. When making a cross-country move for my parents, Frank, Neil, and the team were first in mind -- no hesitation. And for Neil in particular, I will say this: I have managed cross-country priority business shipments in my line of work but always have a more delightful experience with Neil at the helm, hands down! He's always two steps ahead and a real joy to work with.

Frank was awesome and answered all of my questions. It was quite stressful for me to figure out the logistics of moving from one state to another on my own Frank and his team did not disappoint and helped me figure things out efficiently. I used a Penske truck over Uhaul and I am glad I did. No delays on the day of pick up, during the drive, and drop off. Worth the extra money spent for reliability and peace of mind.Miles S. my driver from Vermont to Tennessee was AWESOME! He was super nice, helpful, and fun to be around. He arrived at destination earlier than expected and had already unhooked my car from the Penske truck. I am so glad I picked Rented Truck Driver for my move. Thank you Frank and the whole team!!!
