There is this guy that's driving this truck yellow plate number 9089, driving like an animal, cutting cars off, he didn't care that my 2 year old baby is in my car and when I took video of him he pulled a finger and continued to drive all wild. He's a danger to other driver's, he should be fired or suspended, he's too old to be driving all wild like that. I'm never going to use this business.

Please do not go here.A man named franklin scammed me for $400 and he didn't fix anything. he never told me what was wrong with my car and just took my money. I had my car there for 6 days and they didn't call me until the next week to tell me they were finally starting to look at it. Please do not go here they will scam you! horrible service 0/5.

My favorite mechanic shop out of all the shops i've ever been to. Not onlyare the owners and employees polite and friendly, they're very professional. When it comes to my vehicles I want to be 100% sure that they are in the right hands and with Preferred Automotive they absolutely are. I had my brakes done along with my air conditioning system recharged, all four tires replaced and the car alignment as well. I was expecting to be charged an arm and a leg for all the work that was done however I was charged an affordable price and left the shop EXTREMELY satisfied. Preferred Automotive is super honest and I will without a doubt only be bringing my vehicles here from now on. 10/10 recommend this 5 star shopServices: A/C installation & repair

I found this place a few months back, when I needed a tire fixed. It was Friday and my dealership gave me the "it's soon 4pm, can't help you" treatment. When I called Preferred Automotive Service, they were super friendly and got the tire fixed in no time. So I decided after this experience to bring my car to them going forward to get my service done etc. They do a great job and I'm sure my car is taken care of. Awesome place.

Best mechanic shop in Greenwich!!!! They are very honest and tells you straight forward what's wrong with your car and what parts you need. Their work speak for itself and they charge you a fair price(no hidden fees or any bs) I have been taking my cars there for all my repairs and they always do an amazing job.I always recommend them bc they are the best.
