They did a nice job at the time and recently I'd an issue with one of the roman shades not rolling down as it used to and they (Gus, thank you!) came and fixed it, no charge! They have everything, and serve their customers with utmost care, efficiency and personal attention. Under the same family ownership for over 100 yers. The current family member regularly gives back to the community each year with a display of holiday lights all over his nearby house. Written up in the NY Times. Everyone enjoying this largess should patronize the nearby store in respect. I recommend Harrison Paint without hesitation--for paint and all hardware supplies.”

“I absolutely LOVE shopping at this SW store because the staff is stellar! The store carries good quality paint, supplies, and materials, and has excellent hours, but the most remarkable asset is the staff! I have had many problems painting my old plaster walls in an apt with very poor lighting. Choosing a paint color and actually expecting the outcome to be simple and satisfying has proven to be disappointing several times, but each member of the staff has been there to assist me along this long path, with knowledgeable insight, helpful advise, and a sincere willingness to help me get it right. They have gone above and beyond every time I have come into the store! I have been treated with kindness and professionalism even when I have had to return several times to tweak colors in order to accommodate my unusual circumstances. They have never let me down! Rarely do you find an entire staff that gives the impression they truly care about your satisfaction, but this place is an exception. Thank you to the manager, Nick, Matt, and everyone else who helped me and made sure everything was A-OK!”

“This store has designers to guide you through the task of finding the perfect paint color, wallpaper, fabrics, and window coverings. I went in to choose wallpaper for an accent wall. They had hundreds of wallpaper books, it was overwhelming! Laura, one of the designers, asked what I was looking for, she pulled out several books for me to view right away. She listened to what I was trying to achieve and helped coordinate the paint colors. I sent photos of my kitchen and bathroom. She advised on paint color in kitchen and wallpaper design for the bathroom. She was spot on everything! Looks amazing! Laura has a great sense of style and trust her choices! Looking forward to working with her when I do the rest of my house.”
