The manager was extremely helpful when I purchased a mattress online, and made sure I got free shipping and the freebie that was part of a deal. He answered all my questions and sent me the receipt promptly. You can't go wrong with Naturepedic when you want a healthy and safe mattress free from chemicals and off gassing.

Great products and excellent service. Emily and Brian are not at all pushy. They are incredibly helpful. They really want to help you find the bed that’s right for you without any sales pressure. We looked at a lot of beds and Naturepedic was the only company who had quality materials we could actually see and trust as well as the comfort we had looked all over for. This is a great company.

We have used Naturepedic mattresses since both our kids were infants. The mattresses are fantastic and non toxic. The folks at Greenwich were incredibly helpful. Topnotch customer service. We needed our teen's new mattress delivered fast, not realizing there was a normal lag time, and they got it done for us. Highly recommend.

Emily helped me figure out what layer I needed to replace on our EOS mattress- I had been sleeping on the micro coils and it was really uncomfortable - she had me try 2 latex layers and I decided on the soft latex and it's been perfect, I am sleeping much better and not waking up with aches in my shoulder and hips, thank you! She also showed me various toppers and pillows we might consider in the future. The store is beautiful and customer service was excellent.

We had a wonderful experience working with Kara at the Greenwich location. She was very knowledgeable about all the products, was not pushy like other salespeople that we had met at other furniture and mattress stores, was so patient, and helped us feel comfortable about our purchases. Unfortunately, we had small misshap during the delivery (due to the delivery company, not Naturepedic), but Kara and the company were so quick to rectify the situation. They have the best customer service! Naturepedic mattresses are the most comfortable, healthy sleep you can get! We have and will recommend Naturepedic to all our family and friends for years to come.
