We just placed our order for a Naturepedic mattress and bed frame. We had a great experience working with Emily and Heather. They were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating. They helped us pick the right bed based on how we slept and what felt the most comfortable. They took their time to show us different mattresses and explained to us what made Naturepedic Organic and how they separated themselves from other companies. We really appreciated Emily's and Heather's time and they were both very responsive and got back to us right away.

We just placed our order for a Naturepedic mattress this week, and we are already in love! I discovered Naturepedic online while searching for an organic nontoxic mattress. Compared to other companies, Naturepedic was at the top of the list for my husband and I. We wanted to try out the mattress and found a store nearby. I'm so glad we did! We went in thinking we would prefer one type of mattress and ended up going with something else. Emily was extremely helpful and knowledgeable! The price point was slightly higher than we were expecting to spend, but the quality can't be beat! Emily understood this mattress was an investment for us and helped us pick the right one for us based on our body types, sleeping positions, etc. that would make us happy for many years. I highly recommend this company if you're looking for an organic nontoxic mattress! And I absolutely recommend going to the store for help on finding the right fit for you! Thank you so much Emily!

The manager was extremely helpful when I purchased a mattress online, and made sure I got free shipping and the freebie that was part of a deal. He answered all my questions and sent me the receipt promptly. You can't go wrong with Naturepedic when you want a healthy and safe mattress free from chemicals and off gassing.

Great products and excellent service. Emily and Brian are not at all pushy. They are incredibly helpful. They really want to help you find the bed that’s right for you without any sales pressure. We looked at a lot of beds and Naturepedic was the only company who had quality materials we could actually see and trust as well as the comfort we had looked all over for. This is a great company.

We have used Naturepedic mattresses since both our kids were infants. The mattresses are fantastic and non toxic. The folks at Greenwich were incredibly helpful. Topnotch customer service. We needed our teen's new mattress delivered fast, not realizing there was a normal lag time, and they got it done for us. Highly recommend.
