Update: my car has been at their service center for 7 weeks. It’s taking Maserati this long to send the parts needed to repair it. Beware of this brand
the dealership is nice but I feel sorry for them dealing with the terrible quality control of Maserati. I purchased a Grecale 4 months ago and have constant issues with the electronics, proximity sensors and the key fobs. It’s the fourth time my car is in their service department. Make sure you read owner reviews in the Grecale Forums online before you decide to buy one! Shame on Maserati. There is a reason Porsche sells four times more Macans than their entire annual production

I have purchased many high end vehicles over the years from various dealers and found my recent purchase of a 2024 DBX 707 from Miller Motorcars to be my worst premium car experience.
I contacted Miller Motor Cars in Connecticut about one of their vehicles that they advertised and they assigned me a sales person on the phone to take care of me.
After the initial contact it was extremely hard to re-connect with him, as he was not responding to my text messages and /or his voice mail in a timely manner, which necessitated me to finally call back the receptionist and ask for a manager but was told that my salesman is one of their best.
After speaking to him again, where he apologized for not noticing the messages he told me that the mileage for the DBX 707 stated on their site was not correct, and that the car was a demo and had 200 miles on it. I said that was ok, as I really like the color and would proceed with the purchase as long as they could pick up my current DBX which is coming off lease in a week and drop off the new one. He said that was fine, however a few days later called me back to tell me that the car was off site at a car show and that he didn't think he could make the lease deadline to pick up my car. He also said the window was not working and had to be repaired which would delay the delivery by a few more days. He then told me that the car now has 800 miles on it and that I would need to drop off my leased DBX to Frank Kerbeck in New Jersey in order to have it grounded on time. This took me a half a day, and I had to contract a limo to get home. But I can deal with that.
So finally the car was delivered this past Tuesday at my house. Once I got home to take a look at the car I noticed several areas of damage. The left grill in front of the wheel which protects the radiator was shattered, and there was a tire mark on the metal rod next to the left tire. The back bumper was also completely scratched up and the back metal grill showed paint drippings...?
I immediately called the salesman on Tuesday and he texted back that he would take care of it. It's now 2 days later and the salesman has not responded to my text and has still not gotten back to me with any direction after closing a sale on a $250,000 Aston Martin DBX 707 with damage. Completely shocked at the complete lack of customer service from Miller Motorcars along with their lack of quality control to send out a damaged new car. I would recommend anyone buying a car here to not expect the same type of service quality that you would receive at Long Island Aston Martin, or Manhattan Motorcars. Please be extremely careful when taking delivery by personally looking over your vehicle for damage when taking ownership from Miller Motorcars.

I had a wonderful time here. All of the salesmen were nice and helpful even though we were not going to purchase a car, nor would we be able to afford one. I was also able to get a quick look at the Paganis they had in the showroom, which was awesome. The Bugatti showroom is not open to the public unless you schedule an appointment with them. You can still look at them in front of the garage window, though. If you're in the market for any sports car, supercar, and even hypercar car, this is the place for you!
Update: Since posting the original review above, I've been here quite a few times and will say the service and experience are still living up to standards! The most recent visit was on 6/1/24 and 6/2/24 for the legends car event! By far, one of the best dealer organized shows I've ever been to. So there were so many special cars that are nearly impossible to find in the wild and are pretty much priceless. All of the employees, especially Evan Cygler, were so informative and passionate about the cars that were on display. I mean, these people will treat you just like any client and will make you feel welcome and not out of place. Thank you, Miller Motorcars, for hosting such a tremendous event. I hope this will become a yearly tradition!

Positively the best car buying experience I have had! Antonella was professional, informative friendly and most of all honest. The deal had no hidden fees and the car was exactly as described. I took a risk working with a new salesperson at a new dealership 4 hours away and I was not disappointed. This was the 48th car I have purchased and by far the best experience I have had so far. Thanks Antonella!! We love the car.

Had an amazing time going to miller to look at some awesome cars! Only thing that is a bummer is that you can’t get into Bugatti (Bugatti being my favorite car) but you can still go up to the glass and look through. There is also plenty of other incredible cars so at the end of the day it’s not that bad. The people that work at all dealers are awesome and super nice people! Highly recommend if you love cars!

I recently became the lucky lessee of a beautiful Maserati Grecale, and I leased it through Miller Motorcars. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Antonella, and while I usually don't post reviews, I felt compelled to share my experience with her. One would expect that attentive, courteous and professional service is a given at a Maserati dealership, but that is not the case. Prior to reaching out to Antonella I had quite the opposite experience at another dealership on Long Island, which is why I wanted to sing her praises. Not only was she very knowledgeable about cars, but she possessed to most important attribute many lack in her business: listening. She listened to what I was looking for and provided me with options that were within my search parameters. She didn't try to sell me on things I didn't want, which I very much appreciated. Once I selected the car she made the process seamless. She was very communicative, upfront, and honest. My car insurance company quoted an absurd amount for the new car, but Antonella took the initiative and found an alternative car insurance policy for the new and old vehicle as well at a fraction of the cost! Very professional, she was a pleasure to work with, and if you are looking for a Maserati (they still have some great deals) I cannot recommend Antonella and Miller Motorcars highly enough! Thank you!

I recently purchased a vehicle from Miller Motorcars(Greenwich,Ct) and I must commend the exceptional service provided by Frank. He was very knowledgeable and interested in helping me with my needs. He answered all the questions with patience and expertise and didn’t make me feel pressured or rushed into making a decision. After the purchase he still checked in to ensure that I am satisfied with my new purchase. I would highly recommend Frank to anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle.

As the former EVP Director of Stores for Macy’s with over 35 year’s of experience and an avid luxury and exotic car customer I wanted to pass along my appreciation for Antonella Mongollon. I am aware she is young in her career, but her positive professionalism and poise was only matched by her outstanding responsiveness and follow up and through.I am aware of the high standards and expectations Miller Motorcars have and that’s why I traveled all the way from Long Island to purchase a car from your dealership. Antonella personally delivered my car after, an earlier delivery in New jersey, 2 days before Xmas just to make sure the experience exceeded my very high expectations. Trust me if I was still at Macy’s I would have tried to recruit her as she is that good but I am sure you know that already.I have already shared my experience with my friends and family and in fact one of my best friends just put a deposit on a new Roma Spider with Alex.Please pass along this note of recognition and appreciation.Thank you again.Happy Holidays.Randy Scalise

Had my car for a oil change the other day and this new guy who dis the work only added 3 quarts on a car that takes 10 quarts and went for a ride, I told him the car takes 10 so now can you explain me how Ferrari hire a guy without experience?

In March 2023, we purchased what we thought would be a very well cared for McLaren GT. Our sales advisor Janak was responsive and did a great job at communicating and was there at every step of the way. So we thought…the experience became a bait and switch. A week after signing the purchase order we found that the dealer failed to initially disclose damage history but yet they assured us that it was minor at worst and would not impact the vehicles resale value. At this juncture, we had paid a non refundable deposit and regardless, the deal had closed. Fast forward to later this year, we go to sell the vehicle and this dealer provided a very low ball offer because of the “damage history”! After several email exchanges with Rick and David, it was obvious and in writing (with date stamps on our purchase agreements) that they had a gross oversight in the sales process and refuse to stand behind their product or after sales support process. We feel cheated, lied to and swindled by what should be an otherwise great experience. The service here is appalling and it’s a total bait and switch shop that these guys are running. It’s all fun and games until you buy the car- then the surprises become insurmountable and the sales agents and managers run and hide- basically there is zero accountability. Please do yourself a favor and purchase your luxury vehicle from any of the other fine dealers in the Greenwich area!

My wife and I had an unbelievably wonderful experience purchasing a Maserati through Miller Mototcars in Greenwich, CT. Our sales specialist, Antonella Mogollon, was in a word, exceptional. It was very clear that Antonella understands the details of the cars she is representing and was able to explain the technology and benefits of the Maserati Grecale we were looking to purchase. Antonella delivered to us the exact car we were looking for at a very fair price. She was also considerate of our time and had the car ready at their Westport location, which was a shorter drive for us. Antonella walked us through all the controls and features of the car and made sure we were comfortable before we took possession. I can’t say enough about the great experience we had purchasing this car from Miller Motor Cars and especially through Antonella.
