Gail and Michael were wonderful. We had a little problem with the finish on a product and they worked with the manufacturer until it was made right. It’s so nice to have a personal touch in this world of online shopping. Worth the extra effort to go and see the product and have one on one service. Great experience.

Very unpleasant. When I walk in to any store I say hello. The older woman working the store looked at me, scanned me with her quick glance and didn't respond. She might have smirked. She continued assisting someone else which I had no issue with. But, she could have said hello I'll be right with you. It was like a scene from Pretty Woman where the sales person doesn't help as I don't fit "the look". So, after 30 seconds of standing like an idiot I walked out. I will never return here and will not recommend this place to anyone.

We have been shopping here for special occasion gifts (birthdays, graduations, etc.) for many years. Products are always of the highest quality with service levels to match. We will be long term clients.

Michaelangelo of Greenwich is a great company to work with. They went out of their way to help me when I couldn't get an engraved item I use annually from my usual supplier. The company was able to accommodate a fast turn around and everything was perfect.

This store has EVERYTHING. Beautiful gift items or just something for yourself. The prices range a lot so you can find something in your budget or splurge. I recently bought my dad a nice monogramed razor from here but was also able to pick up lovely chocolate boxes for stocking stuffers. You could easily get all your shopping done here and they have complementary in store wrapping to make it even more convenient. The location is also ideal as its right on Greenwich's main street close to the train. Plus the shop keeper, Gail, was incredibly helpful and easy to get in touch with questions about the gifts I was interested in. I wish more stores has such terrific customer service and products!

They do beautiful work, but I learned today that they now only engrave glass (crystal) that is theirs - nothing brought in.
