Incredibly patronizing experience trying to buy a women's stick. Poor selection and scant staff knowledge to back up what little inventory they did have. I was made to feel pretty stupid asking for help, and instead of walking me through options or potentially finding a solution, the associates just stood there in silence. I found a great stick after amazing service elsewhere. I would not recommend if you are looking for women's products or expertise.

Colin and his staff are excellent! They quickly helped outfit my son with a starter kit. There were a couple of items that were out of stock in the store and Colin went out of his way to ensure that they were delivered in time from the warehouse. Customer service return experience was stellar as well - I had to exchange arm pads that I purchased which were too small.

Went to return a Newley purchased stick (pocket wasn’t deep enough to catch or cradle) and refused return since barely used and refused to discount a more expensive stick that was properly. Horrible policy and customer service, me and my family won’t be back for any future purchases.

I started playing lax 8 years ago and went to Lacrosse Unlimited to get my first set of pads/sticks and I believe Colin took care of me then. Since then Colin has been great. Makes good recommendations on equipment and I never feel like he is just trying to sell me. If something is wrong or needs to be fixed, they are always there to help. Colin and his staff are great. Really easy to write this recommendation.

Colin is the BEST! We have been buying our son and daughter’s lacrosse equipment from him since day 1 and won’t go anywhere else. Just bought a new stick for our 8yr old daughter and a fantastic experience. Colin even had a catch with her with different sticks to see which one she liked best. Thanks Colin!!!

With four kids who all play lacrosse, we go to this lacrosse unlimited for all equipment that we don't buy online. Especially stringing heads. Colin is super knowledgeable on sticks, heads and stringing for the different positions and player level. He's our go to for answering the tough questions and for good recommendations.

My daughter was having her first lacrosse practice and I needed to buy equipment. Was going to go to Dick's but after researching online I realized that I would need some advice and was not confident the random big box employee could give me the help I needed. Decided to make the trip to Greenwich and was glad I did. I'm sorry I didn't get his name but I was given honest and helpful advice. No up sell here. Added bonus is he cut down the shaft of the stick and also trimmed the mesh of the stick (and singed the ends to prevent fraying). No way I get this kind of help from a big box store. Was also told they will be moving a couple blocks away in a few weeks so make sure you check website for address or call ahead.
