An authentic and humble gem in the hustle and bustle of lower Fairfield County. Horses are refreshingly managed in a way that allows them to be happy and healthy. Their riding school program has deep roots of fundamental equestrian and horsemanship knowledge. This is the place to learn how to RIDE.

I’ve ridden at many barns over the last 20 years, in 4 states, on my own horses & on horses belonging to the barn. I have found that most barns are adept at either perfecting technique, or at building confidence & having fun. After all this time, I’ve found Kelsey Farm, where you will find all of the above. Excellent trainers, wonderful riders, horses you will fall in love with.

Wonderful , family-run place great for kids to just be kids and learn everything from grooming and tacking-up to learning to ride well. Caring staff and sweet ponies!

Had an interview with these people, they were very condescending. Rejected me after assuming my political standpoint that was never stated. Veered the conversation out of context to lecture me on my beliefs. Very unprofessional and was very disrespectful over the phone.

Best barn ever! Despite not being allowed on phones, it's like a family here. I love the precious pony I share board and all of the staff and fellow students! It's amazing here. The two dogs are absolutely adorable! Thank you so much for an amazing time! -Charlotte
