I'm extremely disappointed with the service department. At the end of June, my AC was blowing hot air, so I took it to be checked out. After the mechanic conducted a full inspection, he informed me that my AC compressor was dead. He went out of his way to show me the issue and assured me that he wasn't trying to cheat me. The cost to fix it was $1,800. However, a month later, the air was still blowing hot, so I went back. Once again, after another full inspection, the mechanic told me that I had a leak and showed it to me. This time, the cost to fix it would be $5,000. I'm disappointed because I feel like I was misled into thinking that the dealership mechanic was being honest. Also, if I had known from the beginning that it would cost almost $8,000 to fix, BIG NEGATIVE.So left losing $1,800 dollar
I would have just asked for a new car.On 4th July weekend sale. ??

This place used to be great but clearly the change in management has really poorly impacted it. I've been leasing from them for years now and all I wanted to do at the end of this lease was turn it in and pay up front to buy a new car and it has been a nightmare. Communication from start to finish has been terrible and here I am 6 months later still dealing with the repercussions of this terribly processed sale and they're still trying to get more money out of me. I love Jeep but can't use this particular dealership ever again and certainly can't in good faith recommend it to anyone.

Hate hate hate buying/leasing cars. My lease is up at the end of July. Wanted to buy the car. So went to Jeep City in Greenwich Ct (where I leased from) today. I was told I had to have the car inspected for $200 before I could buy it.
What a scam!
My buy out is 23,500. They insisted I buy a 5 year/ 60k warranty (I have 40k miles on the car and it is a which ever comes first warranty). I would be paying $15.00 a mile for the next 20k miles. Not worth it. Buying the warranty is the ONLY way I do not need to use Chrysler Capital finance which starts at 9.5% interest. They are the worst.
If I want to finance through another source like Sikorsky Credit Union then I will have to pay them $3695 to “certify” the car AND pay for any repairs them deem necessary if I don’t buy the warranty. Sounds like a punishment for not buying the warranty.
Is this a new scam? What governing body do I complain to?

Sales is not organized. I bought a Jeep that was not even cleaned before it was delivered to me. Still had the previous owners information in the vehicle. Completely disorganized and dodge calls left and right.

I've had four jeeps and right now I'm not sure why; this place doesn't take safety concerns seriously or offer anything while your car needs repairs. Wants me to drive a car that has stopped on the highway and offers no alternative. Not sure what exactly I'm paying for

I had the most appalling experience here. The staff there are beyond awful; they are downright disrespectful and seem to have no regard for customer service. I was treated like I was inconsequential, and the overall atmosphere of the store was toxic. It's shocking how corrupt their business practices are, and I would strongly advise anyone considering purchasing a Jeep to steer clear of this place. The staff were belittling my family and I and made us feel unwelcomed.
