Horrible experience. Did not recieve a call back form the scheduler to set an appointment so I had to chase them down. Then when I got there they no longer provided uber service for "short appointments", like mine although I waited for almost 2 hours during my work day. Then, the service rep told me that my brakes and rotors needed to be changed for an outrageous amount. But not only that, the service rep told me the following with conviction:1) My brakes were worn down to 1 mm, and the next hard stop would kill them2) No mechanics anywhere will change the brake pads only.Fortunately, I am more than capable of changing brake pads, and when I when I did today I saw that my brakes had more than half of their life yet and my rotors are more than ok.The most frustrating part is that we just had a baby, and being without a second car until I had time to work on it was a huge inconvenience.I would not trust this dealership's service center opinion on any service, and I now am very leary of the past maintenance work they have performed. I will certainly be taking my dodge challenger to the dealership I purchased it from for future service. I would recommend others to do the same.

The absolute worst service experience I've ever experienced!! I had to bring my car to Jeep Chrysler Dodge City for service because it was misfiring badly and I did not have an appointment so I was going in being understanding. When I got there the service advisor Luis had such a horrible attitude and said well it won't be today you're looking at Tuesday or Wednesday. By Wednesday afternoon I still did not have a diagnosis, they didn't even look at my car. I called and the service manager Peter would brush me off and say I'll get it in for you today or tomorrow I promise. Well that never happened, I called on Thursday and still no diagnosis and no answer at the service department so I called sales for help. Service never called me to let me know anything about my car so I went there after work on Thursday and Peter, the service manager was more concerned about how he looked because he said I'm making him look bad by calling sales. I emailed the owner, I got a call from the Vice President of the dealership and they were very rude and not accommodating whatsoever. I finally said I'm getting my car towed out since they were not interested in helping me or getting my car fixed. I purchased my car from them and clearly that meant nothing to get my car fixed. Stay away from this dealer don't waste your money or your time because they don't care about their customers!!

Lately their vehicle selection has been hit or miss. Used to get my company's vehicles there. Haven't for the past three trucks due to them not having supply.

Very poor communication on the part of the dealership/service department. No call to confirm my appointment (as I was emailed), and my appointment wasn't in their system at all despite me making one and nothing available for a full month more. Frustrating.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Last year my 3 year old Jeep Cherokee died literally in front of the dealership where I leased it on W Putnam Ave in Greenwich. After not being looked at for 2 weeks at the service center in Stamford they were able to get me a loaner car...a sub compact (which I did not take)! I went to the sales department in Greenwich and told them I wanted to trade in my lease early and the car was in their service center. They made me a great deal (giving $3k over the buyout toward the new lease) and I drove off in a new Jeep Compass no money down and $50 over my previous lease. Two weeks later the service center left me a message they were looking at the Jeep I left with them. No clue that they now owned it. The story gets better.I bring in the new Compass for a routine oil change and check the air conditioning which wasn't cooling to my satisfaction. The appointment was at 9AM and left the car. Since I hadn't heard from them by noon I went there. They told me that air conditioning problems are "extremely difficult" to diagnose" and the car wasn't ready making me assume they were working on it. I walked into their lot, pressed the panic button on my fob and found the car buried. I did not complain and decided to go home and wait for their call which finally came at 4:30. Instead of telling me my car was ready the service attendant proceeded to ask me why I hadn't told him my car was in a bad accident and the AC and radiator were leaking and the undercarriage was severely damaged. He continued that if I had told him I could have avoided warranty issues? This was a total FABRICATION! I was getting understandably irritated knowing that my Compass with under 5k miles was in pristine condition. He wouldn't admit the car was fine and as I grew increasingly agitated and he accused me of threatening him. I responded I was not threatening him but wanted but simply wanted him to stop f***ing around with me. He said I had cursed at him and hung up. Still not knowing if my car was ready and unable to get through to service I reached out to sales (no help) and the owner of the dealership (voicemail where I left a rather heated message). I proceeded to get on my e-bike and ride the 8 miles to Jeep Service in the rain. My car was sitting out front, oil changed and AC fixed.Chapter 3:After numerous messages to John Wade and no call back I tried a new tactic. I left a message that was simply my phone number and a description of my Compass...white and covered with large Band-Aids with a revolving sign on the roof stating "Jeep Sux". I received a call from John within 5 minutes! He made me recount all the details I had left on voicemail numerous times and asked me what I thought he should do. I thought that was strange since he is the dealership owner and the employee involved worked for him so I said "bad move asking me, I want him fired immediately". The story continues, no action and no further contact from John. UNBELIEVABLE!This is the first review I have ever taken the time to write, also I am in Rye Brook and not San Francisco.

I'd heard this place wasn't the best and my recent experience matched reports. Slow: You'll wait days for them to finally get to your vehicle. Communication is awful: you'll need to call/text repeatedly to get them to give any update. Then they'll give you the most uninformed answers and try to overcharge you for parts (in this case they wanted thousands, then when I pointed out we're talking about one part, they tried to charge 5x the price of a $30 part.). If you want the experience of what a car service center was like before the internet came along to arm consumers with the information to counter this silliness, then by all means, this is probably your service center. If you'd like prompt communication, informed suggestions, and honesty, you'd likely be better off elsewhere. Just read the reviews here. The owner/manager just cuts and pastes from previously pre-written notes of "concern." Pretty much sums it up.Service: General repairs & maintenance

As a first time Jeep Willis owner. I’m still getting to know the Jeep. Diesel engine light for DEF fluid turned on. I’m so thankful Stamford Jeep dealer andPeter was very nice and answer all my questions. They help me understand what needs to be done and provide me with the fluid and explain everything to me. I highly recommend them.Service: General repairs & maintenance

This is hands down one of the worst businesses I’ve ever dealt with. I took in an ‘18 wrangler for a warranty repair and after it didn’t appear to be fixed I took to another shop and they fixed it the first time. For some reason I’ve gone back for warranty repairs on a ‘21 4xe and the car was in the shop for 6 months and has since been in and out. They don’t appear to know what they’re doing! They had the car in their possession and after 2 months while waiting on a part didn’t even know they had the car.To top it off they’re just plain rude and then use excuses to try and make you feel bad for them.Service: Electrical

I was scheduled an appointment for a recall for my jeep. I called in advance making sure that they had all the parts needed for this recall. I dropped my car Sunday night, and got a massage from jeep on Monday @ 5pm that they will get the parts only on Tuesday, and scheduled a pickup for Tuesday night. Called on Tuesday @ 4pm to make sure I can come pick my car, but nobody k ew what's going on with it, and even if it's ready. Wednesday morning I went to Jeep dealership to find my car just sitting there, no work as been done , and nobody knows when or if they will get to it in the next few days. They just kept my car there for almost 3 days!!Horrible experience and I will NEVER going back there.Needless to say no apologies were made, or other appointment for this recall.
