This service dept put my family’s life in danger - we scheduled an appt for an oil change and tire rotation. When I got the car back I noticed one of the tires that previously had a small tear and bubble on it was in the same location (meaning they never rotated the tires) yet we were still charged for the service AND my husband specifically asked if the tires looked okay (they said yes) because I figured we’d at least that one replaced. After some back and forth calls and communication (or lack of, I was told I would be called back numerous times that I wasn’t) we brought the car back in. Then they called me to tell me that ALL FOUR TIRES need to be replaced. So they didn’t do their job originally, charged us for is, and let us drive around on tires that aren’t safe when we specially asked to have them looked at and rotated. This is not okay in my book.

I have an extended warranty it’s covering some defective paint that’s bubbling on my car. I was told to bring my car in Monday and it would be back Friday. No loaner available cost $400 car was not ready Friday supposed to be ready Wednesday still waiting to hear when additional cost of car rental 275. $675 for car rental fees why they’re fixing my car under warranty. This is a disgrace still don’t know if my car is ready I’m sure I’ll have to pay $150 deductible to to pick my car up it’s up to the dealer whether or not you get a loaner because it’s a cost to the dealer obviously they don’t value me also, your left on hold if they do answer the phone and no one ever calls you back calling this place is very painful

My problem was so big I wish I could type it all for everyone to know... to sum it up-- they tried to hide the fact that they SCRATCHED MY CAR (front and back). So far they gave me a "free oil change" on top of the obvious repair of the car. More is needed. Not satisfied. So unprofessionally handled. They avoid my calls and won't return them. I've been waiting for a follow-up from the manager. So many bad reviews and now I see why!

I think They don’t have enough personal and receiving a lot of cars . No time for work with insurance companies and no communication with their clients. Definitely I don’t recommend this company to fix your car

Horrible service. They don’t answer the phone, sometimes mailbox is full can’t even leave a message. Takes forever to get an appointment, up to 2 months! I had a problem with my AC, over a course of a year it was “fixed” about 4x… and it’s still not working.

ZERO STARS!!!! ??The ABSOLUTE WORSE place to bring your car!!! We brought it in for an oil leak, they never called us!! Worse customer service ever!!! We had to contact them. They were useless!! And they misdiagnosed the problem to boot! We had a warranty and they could not communicate with them!!
They had our car for 3 weeks and didn’t even touch it!!! DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!

review after review goes to show that this dealership service is horrible. I setup services and appoint. online, waited over literally 3 hours for a wheel aliment and oil change to get done then they didn't do the oil change( cause service lady couldn't understand what was to be done)so had to wait another 25 min. You would think the service person would have saw me and thought, Why is this guy still here after 2 hours but busy yapping with everyone else. And i asked for a map update, $200 for end of yr '21 GC that came with a out of date navigation, no thanks. I will be taking my service needs to another dealership.

Had tried several days to call for service for my vehicle. The online app does not work the way it should work. Got there 730 checked in the service writers were very professional and nice when my truck was finished. It was ransacked everything on the front seat was thrown to the center console. The seat was all the way back, it was just a mess. I am surprised with this. Nothing was put back the way it should be. This was on Friday, 28 April. I am very surprised this had happened when I went to put my receipt in the glove box. everything fell out I assume they were checking the cabin filter which I told them in advance that it was already replaced the day before . Also, for some reason, my seat covers were pulled up and we’re never put back. They had also placed a service oil sticker on my windshield, which had the wrong mileage on it. They were 1000 miles off for the next available service. what’s going on here?

This is the worst service center I’ve ever used. They don’t answer the phone or return calls. They took forever to schedule and complete a safety recall. Took them an hour to locate my car when I went for pickup. They dinged the door, and I’ve had various sensors light up ever since. DO NOT GO HERE!

They are very personable, but very disorganized. I made a reservation weeks in advance for a tail light to be replaced, and for an oil change and electrical system repairs. When I got there, they didn’t have the tail light so I had to leave and come back a week later. When they called me to say the car was done and ready to pick up the tail light had been fixed, but the oil had not been changed and the two electric system problems had not been looked into. I had to leave the car an additional night, which left me without a vehicle. There was no offer of a loaner. They need to get their act together and get organized.

I took my car to the Jeep to do just 3 things, change the oil, the engine light, and a recall for the Jeep, I have a 2023 Cherokee, the car was there for 4 or 5 days, they never called me to tell me when the car would be back. ready or to give satisfaction, I called 4 times and they told me they would return my call to talk about the car, they will never call me, I called again and said the car would be ready at 4:30, I got there there were 4 people working plus talking, I stood for 5 minutes and had to say, you're not going to help me, no, END OF THE STORY, I WON'T CHANGE THE OIL OF THE CAR, that's ridiculous, it's a lease

The staff should throw them all out on the street, they are so irresponsible, they don't answer their cell phone when you call and when you get to the place, everyone is sitting there talking, it is the worst dealer I have ever met in my life.
