The Service Lisa has given me is outstanding, this is my second Christmas time shopping for my grandchildren at Jacadi in Greenwich CT. She helped to select the right outfits and remembered me immediately. I value the attention, and I like the quality of the clothes. We have been shopping at this location for 10 years. It is always a wonderful experience for us and our children. The manager, Paula, is as lovely as she is knowledgeable and helpful. She maintains a beautiful environment in the shop and her taste is exquisite. Shopping there is always a treat.

After years of shopping here and spending thousands of dollars on my own children and on gifts, I can honestly say that this store has dropped below the level of incompetance. Store manager Paula is rude, unprofessional and extremly unpleasent. Stay away from this store.

I love Jacadi clothes for my kids but Greenwich location customer service Is terrible!!! One of ladies who works in the store is so disrespectful, rude and mean. She always seams to be angry. Not coming back!

Since having children 5 yrs ago this has been my go to spot for children's clothes. Paula is incredible as is their selection! Fabulous spot for newborn gifts as well. SO grateful to have this precious store in town.

I can’t say enough good things about Jacadi on Greenwich Ave. Paola (manager) is so helpful, kind and warm. She guided my husband and me through what we needed vs didn’t before our son was born, helping us build an adorable and practical wardrobe. We didn’t anticipate buying so much from Jacadi, but now go there every time we need more clothes for our son! The service is outstanding, and the clothes are very high quality. We never buy online anymore because we always have such a lovely experience going into the shop.

Today, I was coming in when one of the ladies at the store told me that they were closed, when my she saw my companion, she changed her mind and let us pick some Christmas gifts. I didn't want to spend a dime there, however the person I was with decided to move forward with the purchase because it was last minute Christmas shopping. I'm not coming back since I found her actions disrespectful. Terrible customer service.

Expensive! But where else can you find a cashmere cardigan for your 2 year old? Also, the staff is super friendly and helpful.
