Really enjoy going to this J.Crew.Jude and Harold were patient friendly and provided great customer service. The store was clean well organized and had a large selection.If you’re shopping in the Greenwich area I highly recommend this place.

Nice and well kept J. crew store. The merchandise selections are good and they carry women, men, and kids. So, one stop shopping for me.

I am a well-dressed well-mannered business woman in her 50s and recently went to J Crew on Greenwich Avenue to purchase a number of items. I'm not used to feeling so ignored and dismissed by a customer service team. I would have made my purchases there but ultimately made them across the street at Vineyard Vines where the staff couldn't have been nicer.

Terrible Customer service and highly unprofessional/rude staff. The manager Sharron started yelling and harassing me and my husband while we were walking up to the store telling us we needed to wear masks. As we were in the process of putting on the masks before entering the store, she continued to yell and say we were going to kill my 2 year old daughter than I was holding. Once I entered the store the employees refused to give her name. But based on other reviews looks like this is the norm. Worst experience ever.

I frequently shop at this location and for the most part they have great customer service. This evening I raced over from work to purchase a specific jacket and pants and arrived at 5:45. I tried on two pairs of pants and needed assistance with sizing with a floor full of employees no one was in sight. I also asked if outerwear was on promotion as shown online and the women said “some” as she walked away from me. I decided to ask someone else and she also responded “some” as she looked down folding her sweaters. Fully staffed store with no customer service!
