Kyle Shepard came by that same day to see how we were doing and to lay out the steps for repairs, reimbursements etc. He stayed in touch with us during the entire restoration process, which was seamless. The insurance carrier Shepard had arranged - Chubb - was very responsive and fair in its coverage.
