I love how I can customize the clothing and choose fabric of my own like.
It's my third time visiting and it's very nicely made. The cost is less expensive and production time is efficient. I would highly recommend Indochino.

Once again, service was excellent. It’s a complete joy to go into a store where the friendly staff is just as “ in the know” about fashion and what’s happening in that arena!! Average ordering three sports jackets at a time three times a year. That’s how much I love their product.

Easily one of the best experiences I’ve ever had when shopping for a suit or shopping in general for that matter. The product speaks for itself, but the service from the staff was simply excellent. There’s a lady there in particular, that went out of her way to provide kind gestures, which rank within some of the kindest I’ve received in my life. I find myself excited to go back!

Grade A Nightmare.
My fiancé and I ordered our suits for our upcoming wedding through Indochino. My suit was shipped with the wrong address and lost, meanwhile Indochino was conveniently “closed for vacation” for an undisclosed amount of time therefore not answering phones or emails so I had to play detective doing their job for them. My fiancé’s suit arrived on time two sizes too small due to their inability to read measurements. Of course they weren’t able to make another suit or fix ours because their guarantee that they will save material to fix their mistakes was total BS. We had to pivot our entire wedding colors due to their mistake. It’s been weeks and they’ve yet to call or email us back to correct the issues. DO NOT buy anything from them unless you have the time and money to get it fixed. Just spend more on a suit from a reputable company that knows how to A) read and B) answer phones.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Indochino in Greenwich, CT for the first time, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience! From start to finish, the team made sure everything was perfect.
A special shoutout to Victoria, who expertly took my measurements and made sure I was completely satisfied with the suit selection. Her attention to detail and friendly demeanor made the entire process seamless and enjoyable.
I also want to extend my gratitude to Luigi, the tailor, who worked his magic to make sure the final fit was flawless. His skill and expertise were evident, and he ensured the suit was tailored to perfection.
If you’re considering a custom suit, I highly recommend visiting Indochino in Greenwich. The combination of Victoria’s impeccable service and Luigi’s tailoring skills truly made this an amazing experience.

Great option for custom clothing. I'm 6'6" and most off-the-rack places will have a VERY limited suit selection in my size. Tried Indochino in Greenwich. Fitting took a little under an hour, and the customizations are all pretty straightforward. Suit arrived 12 days later. Looks great, fits great, exactly what I ordered. 10/10.
