Absolutely love this store. My SA , Sashima is amazing. She’svery responsive and has been a pleasure to work with. The manager in this store is equally amazing. Everyone is always very friendly and professional. They always go above and beyond. I won’t be going anywhere else. If I could them 10 stars I would!

The manager of the store is in the wrong business. Very arrogant, rude, and condescending. I regularly bought from them, well, no more. You would never be treated this way in an Hermes store in NYC or Paris, not even in JFK!! If Hermes is reading this, find the manager a job in your back office where she doesn’t come in contact with human beings.

Dane is wonderful. My parents were visiting and she was so kind and helpful to them with their purchases. I live locally and she’s always very nice and welcoming. A great Hermes store.

I went with low expectations, as two previous visits trying to purchase a replacement watch band for my decade old arceau squelette, were unsuccessful, and nobody calling me with a solution as they said they would.This visit was different. I would say third time is the charm, but actually it was Dane. She easily made this experience exceed my expectations for luxury shopping. She left no stone unturned in finding a new band for my beloved watch. She opened every internal resource, tried every inventory option, and ultimately came up with a creative solution that made me very happy.All the while, it felt as though I was with an old friend. Warm and humorous, generous and kind. Her professionalism was second to none, and I left with a big smile on my face.

Rude sales associates. Not a single Hello upon entering. Made me feel like I was a major inconvenience to them. Every pair of shoes I wanted to try on, the SA said they were out of stock. She didn't even look at her phone to check. Wasn't really interested to chat with me about the brand. Back-hand complimented my shoes, and said they were "heavy duty and look comfortable". She probably doesn't know I am already an establish Hermes customer. Just because I wasn't wearing any Hermes pieces, she just assumed I was some newbie. I wouldn't have even dropped in here if I wasn't already in the area... Go to the Madison Ave location... Better service, friendlier sales associates, and things are more likely to be in stock.

I’m a frequent shopper at Hermes and was shockingly turned off by my experience in this store. TT leaves very little to be desired in terms of service and client relations. Nevertheless, I made a very expensive purchase because it was the only location that had it available. I’m Asian and spoke the same Asian language so it wasn’t a matter of a language barrier it was this haughty disinterested demeanor that was troubling and bordered on unprofessional. I see that I’m not the only one here who shared negative feedback on TT. If it wasn’t for my incredibly positive experiences at the flagship in NYC I would have been turned off of Hermes because of her. Management, I hope you’re taking note — help TT improve.

Tina, my sales reassociate, was kind and courteous. Professional yet friendly. The staff that was folding and talking between themselves were not at all friendly; not even a "hello" or "good day". I can understand why some people are put off by the behavior of sales associates. I've purchased jewelry from Betteridge, Woodrow Jewelers (in Rye) and Landsberg (Rye Brook). They all have inviting staff. I only went to Hermés because I wanted three certain pieces of jewelry. I can't complain about the service I received from Tina but the majority of staff there need restraining. *They need to clearly understand that they are in the service industry.

It reminds me of the stores in Europe and it's very close to my house! A personalized treatment and cuts. Even though you know what the wait is like and the game of buying at Hermès lol

I visited Greenwich Hermes for the first time last February while window shopping with a friend. Without reservation, Dane greeted us happily for the first time. We met and she kindly asked us what we needed while telling weather and family stories in a very pleasant and fun way, allowing us to shop comfortably.This September, I made another visit for the first time in a while. To my surprise, Dane was there and had remembered me after all those months! She said she immediately recognized my style and began to give us(me & my husband) suitable recommendations for products we may like (many of which we ended up purchasing). She certainly has an eye for styling and she contributed greatly to my shopping experience. Dane’s friendliness, professionalism, and deep knowledge of Hermes products let me shop happily and have a very satisfied couple’s day.

For some reason I thought Hermes was kind of intimidating to even enter. I’m so happy that I finally decided to look at their scarves in person at this particular location since Dane, selling supervisor, was such an angel and helped me and my friend with finding exactly what we wanted!! We felt so comfortable looking around and asking her questions, that we LOVED our first Hermes visit so much. We’ve been coming back ever since, and Dane has been nothing but extremely helpful and kind! Highly recommend this store. Remember to ask for Dane!

I had an incredible experience at Hermes with Dane! She was so sweet and accommodating and made me feel at home while I was shopping at the store. As soon as I walked in she made sure I was comfortable and helped me find exactly what I had been looking for for so long. I am thrilled that there is someone like Dane at Hermes and I look forward to shopping with her in the future!
