As the closest branch store to where I live, I tried to exchange a shirt at this Faherty as the one I purchased online had the holes and buttons mis-cut. Hard to believe that a shirt that cost $171 all told would be of such poor quality, right? The sales person Gabby , rather than return it and have a replacement sent from the warehouse issued a refund, which was $104 to my card and an old $67 credit. She then wanted me to repurchase the shirt which was in their warehouse ( there are 2 problems with this - I previously returned a shirt to a store in another state that was NEVER credited back to my card and it took 20 emails to corporate to finally get the money back, and also, it typically takes a week for Faherty money to be returned - so I'd have to pay again just to get the same shirt shipped) Not willing to go through all this again, I told staff I couldn't do it. SO, Gabby promises me a free shirt that they'll ship to me as a courtesy - given my history with Faherty of missing refunds, poor quality clothes, I finally agreed, but told them I'd be shocked if I ever got it.....Sure enough, a " Manager" named Heather calls me and says " ok you got your refund, so we're good, right?" I KNEW THIS WOUULD HAPPEN! So, I said, " Gabby told me she'd send me a free shirt" And shockingly, this manager states " that's cause you made her feel uncomfortable " My wife was with me and she heard this and was as shocked as I was. We are both 60+ sedate suburbanites, and NOTHING untoward or inappropriate had been said - it had been invented wholesale because this Gabby made a promise the manager was unwilling to co-sign, so she concocted this tale to make the customer out to be unreasonable to cover herself. I would avoid Faherty like the plague - poor quality clothes, poor customer service, and a whole bunch of dishonesty and manipulation
