Choosing Elate Moving was the best choice we could have made. All my items got to my destination in perfect condition. They didn’t waste a minute getting everything properly wrapped and packed into the truck. The job was completely quickly and in an extremely efficient manner. I couldn’t recommend them more!

I used Elate Moving twice in the last six months — once to pack and store most of our belongings, and once to deliver them to our new home. I can’t say enough good things about the professionalism, promptness, flexibility and quality of service received. Our rep Nicholas was really helpful and offered us good advice, and Oleg led, both times, the moving crew that went above and beyond to ensure the safety and security of our belongings. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

Bait and switch. Go with FlatRate or Piece of Cake Moving. The movers themselves are very nice and hard working but this company itself is unethical. They overcharged me by more than $1,000 beyond the original quote for a move for one person and a child. For the estimate, I wasn't able to do a FaceTime during business hours because I have to work so I was told that a video would be more accurate than sending an itemized list. I sent a video, and yet they still over charged me by this exorbitant amount. It's a scam - other companies give you a more honest estimate. We've moved a ton and had good experiences with other movers. We went with Elate bc they gave a low quote. Now I see that it was a bait and switch.

We recently moved and hired Elate, as they were the most responsive, flexible, and affordable option we found. It was a seamless process hiring them and even more so during the actual moving process.George and his crew were excellent from beginning to end. They called me to let me know they were on their way. Once George and his crew arrived I couldn’t believe how fast they were moving and organizing. Then once the truck arrived at our new home, it didn’t stop there. They made sure each item was placed where it should be, and George even helped us decide where we would place many items, as he has a great eye!Overall, I wouldn’t hire anyone but Elate to move and I would specifically request George and his crew if I had to do it all over again. Thank you, Elate.
