It is too bad you can't post negative numbers. This has got to be the worst CVS in CT. No staff, they never answer the phone, script's are canceled or never ordered. Staff is overworked and rude. The CEO should be fired.

I wait weeks, sometimes months for them to have my RX in stock. They staff gets aggressive and hostile when I stop in to check the status. I try to call to check on status but NO ONE answers the phone so the only way to get an update is to go in person because the app is unreliable. Today in the office and am trying my luck on the phone. I've been on hold with the pharmacy for 1 hour and 10 minutes and counting so far.

I had a scheduling issue with one of my meds, I am a diabetic. However, a conversation with the pharmacist and her taking charge of not just the date in their CVS computer system resulted in a relatively quick fix. Having the pharmacist taking the Initiative and showing her caring concern resulted in a very positive result for fulfilling my need.

This is one of the worst pharmacies I have ever been to. The experience is so long, there is always some sort of issue with filling a prescription, and there is NEVER anyone available to talk to. Be prepared to wait on the phone for hours or wait in line for hours. I want to say do the best they can being understaffed however the service is truly horrific

This CVS pharmacy is so unorganized the short staffed. You start off on a line that goes all the way back. Then you get to the counter and you have to go on another line because my new insurance wasn’t updated in the system. The amount of disgruntled customers as well as employees dealing with angry customers. She couldn’t update my insurance I ultimately told CVS to cancel my RX and had it called into Walgreens went through the drive thru and picked up my Rx. I’ve removed CVS from my physician office for RX.

Called in my prescription saturday, still wasn’t ready by noon Friday, a whole 6 days later. This is the third time this has happened for me. Fortunate that it wasn’t time sensitive like other reviewers. Customers are frustrated, staff is overworked. CVS desperately needs to hire more staff

Will let the phone ring all day without picking it up. Seriously I am a physician, they wont even pick up the physician line.

Pharmacy department has been in crisis for several weeks. According to store personnel, CVS management has closed some area stores and expects remaining stores to handle Rx volume of those stores in additional to their existing volume. They're unable to answer phones so if Rx is time-sensitive -- and aren't most of them? -- you need to go into the store, stand in line and make sure they prioritize your Rx. Before I figured this out, one Rx sat "in process" for exactly a week until I drove over and brought it to their attention. Then they were able to fill it within slightly over an hour. I personally find this unacceptable and, while very sympathetic to the poor folks behind the counter, am now having all time-sensitive Rx sent elsewhere.

DO NOT SEND YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS HERE! Short staffed and incompetent staff. Prescriptions sent but not received. Prescriptions notifications when they have already been filled. Line out the door for hours, YES HOURS, to pick up prescriptions that were sent in HOURS AGO!!! CVS doesnt care and this location is the absolute worst! Everyone in this dept should be FIRED!!!!

ZERO stars...Avoid at all cost. This pharmacy is understaffed, extremely inefficient and rude. Be prepared to wait in a long line for your medication. CVS do better.

This pertains to the pharmacy. For starters, they text telling you to call, but no one picks up the phone. When you go in, they are understaffed and the pharmacist makes no effort to acknowledge your presence or that you’re waiting for a consult. In one day I waited on the phone twice for over 30 minutes and then in line for 30 minutes while the pharmacist left her post and administered shots. I’ve been coming to this cvs pharmacy for over a decade and I’ve never seen such terrible service. Being busy and understaffed is a reality, but acknowledging customers or perhaps multitasking could go a long way to ease the frustration of wasting so much time and never getting what I came for.

The healthcare system continues to baffle me. This CVS is a nice store, but for some reason never seems to operate efficiently whenever I come here. The latest was a 25 person line at 6:30 at night where almost everyone was turned away because their RX hadn’t been filled, and wouldn’t be filled for another day. My husband just came out of surgery, and had his RX called in at 9am that morning. Still they couldn’t fill it within 12 hours - telling him he had to come back the next day even though he had to take it that night. I’m aghast that the medical field allows people to leave surgery without medication, but not at all surprised that CVS is incapable of delivering.

My doctor (ONS) called in three prescriptions after I had invasive surgery this afternoon. Two of my prescriptions were never filled so it’s an additional wait. My wife has been waiting in line for 30 minutes because the pharmacy is short staffed and in writing this with one arm I’m a sling hoping we can get the pain meds my doctor requested before they close.

At the expense of customers and CVS employees, CVS shutdown half of their smaller pharmacies centralizing everything. Now, this larger CVS’ can’t keep up with demand, and their customer service is absolute trash. This is one of the worst.

They never answer the phone. My prescription has been delayed almost for two months
